Wanted to share a few things about a staff nurse who works in 5th floor baby wellness care unit I guess. Her name is LUBINA. A super human I have ever seen. Very kind, polite, great, caring person towards the new born children and their mothers. She never said no to anything what we had asked for. Sometimes it looks embarrassing for us to ask but without even any hesitation she used to do that for my wife. I call her sister not because she is a nurse, but I really consider her as my real sister. Dear Aster, please recognize her for something special. My kindest request. Thank you

So bad don't risk your life and visit this hospital they won't serve you as a patient they don't care if you're injured rude doctors and nurses, dirty beds and pillows, bad treatment, unpleasant smells in the hallways.

They really don’t deserve one star at all….
I have been waiting for more than three hours and seeing people coming after me and going before me (ok I totally understand that their is severe cases but the people that i saw they seems totally fine like me, or lets assume that they are really severe cases BUT let me wait for wallahi more that THREE HOURS!)
And the customer service very bad.
I went and complained in-front of everyone to some guy he didn’t even care less and let me walk!

Really professional & friendly ONCOLOGY team. Special thanks to Dr Pranay Girdhari Taori, Dr. Sivaprakash Rathanaswamy, all the sisters in the Oncology department.

My boss Mr Cecil was admitted in AHQ Icu and the stay over there were a great experience and the nursing staff were excellent especially Sneha Asif were were empathetic and understanding
Moreover Dr chaitnya was very professional and helpful.

Disgusted with their service very bad making us to wait for so long time even we come in appointment.

Unbelievable horrible experience.
First appointment I waited to see the doctor over an hour.
Second time I visited I waited 30 mins to get my ultra sound done and later the doctor never called me to follow up or check on result?
Third time I come again for consultation with the doctor at 12: 30, and at 12: 50 they inform me that the doctor has an emergency and will be back in 30 mins.

This is so unbelievable and the best worst customer experience I’ve ever had in a hospital.

I went to Aster hospital Qusais today, I found very comfortable feel of doctor Fathima Sabnis treating us and even nurse Tincy.

Super slow service from the front desk to doctors and pharmacy is another story waiting time is more than 45 minutes.

No Pediatric ICU. 2months baby with acute pneumonia and SpO2 dropping was discharged by Doctor. Parents were asked to immediately admit
the baby to another hospital on their own. By the time in traffic the baby reached to another hospital in a critical condition. Parents of infants and children under 12 plz take your child to a hospital with all facilities.

Had to stay at this hospital for a minor surgery, performed excellently by Dr. Abdur Rahman and his team. Satisfied to the end. The nurses who took care of me on the 6th floor, Alphonsa and Savitha, both sisters took so much care and attention that I could recover even faster. I am happy with my overall experience with aster hospital qusais. I am not usually going to doctors because of the bad experiences I had before but Dr. Chitra is different and thanks to her because I found out that my life is almost in the danger side. Most of all I am happy with the staffs, from the nurses, blood testing section and ultrasound dept. Sadly I had some hiccups with the pharmacy all the time. When it comes to approval from my insurance, my doctor requested for an iron I jection and I was waiting for the pharmacy to call me back for that and it is kind of urgent because my hemoglobin was too low but I kept waiti g for almost a week and nobody called me though it's showing in my app that it was already approved by my insurance the same day and I also received an SMS that it was approved. I called the customer service and they told me that they will advuce the pharmacy to call me back and yet I just waited to no avail. I needed to pay a visit to them and asked personally and inky then I was able to take my injections. I wanted to guve a 5 star rating to aster hospital but the experience I had with the pharmacy is really not good at all. I am hoping they can do better in the future. And I want to thank the nurse in the blood testing section she's really doing an excellent job she even helped before giving me the on iron injection it's just a dumb thing in my part that I never got her name but kuddos to you and the other staffs of aster hospital.

I have excellent experience at Aster hospital Qusais. Doctors, staff nurses and every staff person are very cooperative and have taken good care of me and baby. Services provided are excellent. Billing department provide good financial counseling. I highly recommend Aster hospital.

Very bad service. The nurses and doctor no time knowledge. Long long waiting time even after you booked appointment. It’s really not a UAE standard hospital. Also during discharge patients from emergency, bill processing time is too much, minimum 3 hrs. You you asked them they will say after 2 patients but they will send after 5 patients. No rules and regulations

I was really happy with the services provided by aster hospital especially with Dr. Asma from in patient operation who took care of the all the admission procedures very smoothly and fast.
The hospital also has good facilities which is an added advantage

We have been first time to Aster for our second baby girl delivery. We had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Chitra treated us sooo well through out the pregnancy and its a C section. My recovery was very well. I recommend her to all.
And after delivery we had a pleassnt experience in the private room provided to us. Especially the nurses were very helpful and informative. They were one call away and always there with a smile for any help we have asked for. Asha, Danisha, Abhina and Aswathi are the nurses who helped us through out.
Keep doing the good work.

Also i should mention the room service and House keeping services are very good. Every morning Joyce greeted us with a smile.

Nurse Jaysree & Nurse Melwith both the staff were just perfect and awesome though I was alone for my treatment the way they helped me treated me so well I felt as they r my family.

I attended the aster nurture program on 30/10/21 and it was a wonderful learning experience arranged by Ms. Melita. The workshop was well organized by her and the topics were chosen relevant to any expecting new mom. I could clear all my doubts by the lactation consultant (Cannot recollect her name), who generously and patiently answered everyone's questions. Over all also we got some goodies to start our journey of motherhood with our little one.

Everything thing is good. Nurses, house keeping, doctor all are good.icu nurse ashif, sneha, 4th floor nurses leema and shiby, tija specially given good care to me.

One day, i came to the hospital and had so much pain, the fact that i cant already walked properly, but i am so thankful for the services i have received. My heartfelt thanks to dr arun who was so kind, approachable doctor who explained every single details of my case. He never let me feel that i am in trouble, he really sees to it that i dont need to be nervous for what i am going through. Well recommended doctor indeed. I also came to acrossed with one kabayan who is in billing department, i cant remember exactly the name but her sweet smile, her voice eases the pain i had that time. As far as i can remember, her name is Lizeth i guess in reception D. She is so polite and friendly in dealing with patients, i also observed how she manage the crowd and help other patients as well for all the queries they have. I have consulted Dr. Arun for my back pain Dr. Gave me medication and advised for physiotherapy i m taking my session of physiotherapy with Ms. Farheen after 3 sessions i felt a lot better now she is taking good care of mine special thanks to Ms.deepa and mr. Mohammed for timely appointments and regular follow-up. My all booking are on time and regular. Thank you for service.

I had consulated Dr. Arun for my emergency situation I had elbow dislocated, since than doctor is taking very good care of mine he is truly did miracle and I m recovering good he advised me for physiotherapy under Ms. Farheen she really took good care of mine and gave me enough timings during each session.

Specially Mr. Mohaamed helped me with appointments timings and each session of physiotherapy.

I had severe back pain and consulted with Dr. Arun (ortho). The Doctor is well experienced and helped me to get pain relief ASAP and he advised physiotherapy.

Physiotherapist Ms. Farheen is so kind and very responsible and she cares for the patient. After 5 session therapy, she advised some exercises.

All staff from Reception B Specially Ms Shreeja, Ms. Deepa and Cashier Anjusha are suppotive. STAY SAFE.
Overall, very good experience.

Being a third-time visitor at Aster Hospital for Dr. Safeena Anas, I’ve always been well served & have been assisted on time by the counter staffs & nurses. Ms. Deepa & Ms. Sreeja at the service desk were too helpful & had assisted me with all my queries. Ms. Anumol was very supportive while taking my vitals, as I was very nervous. Would also like to appreciate the care given by Ms. Preety in the procedure room.
Most important of all, the great expertise of Dr. Safeena is an asset to the hospital. She’s calm & very much approachable, and makes you feel at home. She clarifies your concerns & makes you understand as an elder sister.

My Wife had Surgery and Dr. Mudazzir ENT Specialist was so caring and humble and he handled the patient very nicely.
The whole process was so smooth.
Only department to work on is to increase staff of Insurance department specially when patient comes in Emergency.

I highly recommend Doctor Muddazir Ali Ibrahim - ENT of Aster Hospital Al Qusais Dubai branch. I had a left ear surgery with him last 22nd of August 2019. The surgery went well. I didn’t even notice it. I woke up and surgery finished already. 7 hrs after the surgery my hearing was already improved. No complication. No scar visible outside the ear. Nobody would ever noticed I‘ve done it. Doctor Muddazir is also a nice, kind, smiling and approachable doctor. The nurse assisting him is also nice. Aster hospital Al Qusais Branch is also a clean hospital. The entire hospital smells like a 5 star hotel. It’s clean. The room is clean. Toiletries were provided. The hospital Room Is like a Hotel Room.
You didn’t even notice you are in a hospital. Nurses and hospital staff are all nice and they really took good care of me during my stay there. If you are planning to have an EAR SURGERY. Please contact Doctor Muddazir Ali Ibrahim of Aster Hospital Al Qusais Branch. It’s worth it!

I visited Aster Hospital, Al Qusais for Dermatological treatment by Specialist Dr. Ramachandran. I found his treatment to be very good and nurse (sister Jincy) and other support staff were very friendly and supportive. The hospital is well equipped with advance medical devices and is well maintained, I would be happy to recommend it to others.

Services are very good. I was a patient of Dr. Chitra. She is a very good gynaecologist. Services of nurses in gynaecology department & labor ward also excellent. All the nursing staff, Anastasia doctor, staffs are very nice. The one name I want to mention is Sister Angeline. She increase respect of nurses in my mind. I owe my safe delivery to Dr.chitra, dr.nilofer& sister angeline.

Awful place. Had a confirmed appointment for 7.50. Was there on time. We still had to wait for one hour when I got furious and asked thr staff how long will they take. She replied there are 5 more patients after the one inside (this dialogue took place at 9.00). There was another guy standing and I asked him, he told me the same thing that they have been waiting for 2 hours despite having an appointment. Highly not recommended.
Not sure about south indians since pretty much all the staff is south indian, may be they let a couple slip through who are walk-ins. We left without seeing a doctor.

In every walks in life, maturity comes with age and age comes with deterioration and alteration to health. Wear and tear theory emphasizes that age will greatly affects one's life span. With this, I would like to give a heartfelt appreciation to the ENT doctor Muddazir Ali Ibrahim who's willing to share his gifted hands to fix the alteration of my hearing balance. It's been a long journey for me to suffer almost hearing loss, however, God guided me to a trusted instrument of his in fixing and curing my ear.

I am too much happy with Aster hospital service. My wife surgery done there. Many thanks to doctor Safeena for her care and love to my wife.she explained very clearly to my wife before surgery so no fear for her. All staffs are good. I recommend Aster strongly.

I had the pleasure of attending the first session for pregnant women with the Nurture group managed by Ms. Melita and Ms. Neetu. We had useful back to back sessions of How to be ready for delivery, the essentials to be packed, documents necessary.
We also had a session of Baby care, where we were shown the safe ways to bathe a baby, changing diapers, providing after bath care etc.
We also had a very helpful session of dietary needs of pregnant women, and all the nutrition required during each trimester.
We were also provided with tea/coffee and refreshments.
The next session was held by Mustela brand explaining the importance of skin care. At the end of it we received a goody bag from both Mustela and Aster hospital.
All in all, it was a wonderful 3 hr session and I am looking forward to attending the future sessions and gaining more knowledge. Thank you to Aster hospital and the team for putting up this wonderful program to benefit all to-be parents.
