What lovely ladies, helped me throughout to have a healthy and safe delivery Thank you Team for this seamless process and being empathetic throughout.

The only hospital where we feel at home. The doctors and support team are really knowledgeable and good at what they do. I had a full rapture of my Achilles tendon 4 months back which required a surgery. The surgery was done by Dr. Ranjith, and was really so smooth. His diagnosis, communications, and more importantly, his assurance, left absolutely no doubts in our minds and we went ahead with the surgery. He is truly one of the best. Post surgery, my rehabilitation and physio was done by Dr. Priya, another gem, who ensured that the progress went much faster than expected. She really pushed and made us feel so comfortable during the entire process. We have gone through videos of normal rehabilitation progress post surgery, and the progress that we achieved with Dr. Priya was much much quicker. I was walking independently in 6 weeks time post surgery. Thank you so much for all your efforts and assistance, Dr. Ranjith and Dr. Priya, along with all the support team members (including the security and cleaning staff who helped on the wheelchair every time we visited for physio) during our stressful time.

Recently, I visited Aster Hospital Mankhool's emergency department and was impressed by its improvements since my previous visit. For the first time in the emergency department, one manager (Mr. Rumaiz) came to meet us and offer his support. Also, the nursing staff was extremely caring.

Special thanks to Dr. Jisha who showed up at 5am to perform an emergency c-section for an extreme premature baby (27 weeks). Operation was quick, no time wasted and the nurses were very professional, constantly checking my vitals and recovery.
Special thanks also to Dr Santosh, Dr Anjana, Dr Abijheet and Dr Majeed who treated and took care of my baby at the NICU for 2.5 months.
Special thanks also to the NICU nurses who on some days were literally 3 feet away from my baby's incubator constantly monitoring her and ready to work on her or sooth her every beckoning call.

The billing and insurance team were helpful and co-operated well with our insurance providers. We weren't bothered by them at all even when it came to approvals from insurances end or payment.

Aster hospital has a grade 3 NICU, which means that they are fully equipped to support babies born extremely premature. Treatment was quick and accurate and updates were consistently given every morning.

Once you've been admitted, its smooth sailing from there. I definately recommend Aster Hospital. Affordable quality service

Our journey right from pregnancy to having our bundle of joy in our arms was blissful and all thanks to Aster for thier wonderful support, care, professional team and personal touch in the entire process.

My consulting doctor was Dr. Sejal who guided me throughout the journey. I had little complications during my pregnancy especially the final term would create lot of anxiety, worries but Dr guidance medically and counselling helped me sail through this time effortlessly. At the time of delivery and after delivery how they have taken care of me and baby was commendable thanks to whole team of Dr Sejal, Mrs bala and the Nursing team. We have Visited several gynecologist but highly recommend Dr Sejal for her god gifted hand and the way she handle her patients.

It was wonderful experience and the care taken by the staff for the mother and the baby are highly appreciated. I highly recommend Aster Mankhool Hospital for everyone.

Emergency treatment given to my friend Mr. Jagjeewan was very good the staff at the reception Ms. Gency was excellent and all the nurses and not to forget all the staffs were really good at the reception and she gave minimal medication just as much required and her guidance to take care of my diagnosis in future is amazing. I really appreciate the emergency staff especially the female staff. Overall I would recommend the facility to all my friends.

I had the worst experience ever. Don't go to this place to check your loving children health. I went to check my little baby girl health and they made pcr for her that I'm supposed to receive the result in 18 hours (longest duration in uae) and guess what more than 24 hours passed and I didn't receive the result till now. This means that they don't care about parents who are worried about their children. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND POOR KNOWLEDGE HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS

I visited this hospital due to Dr. Sindhu (gyne) referral from aster discovery gardens. From the reception surrej (not sure the exact name, the pregnant lady) she informed me that consultation was not included for Out patient, however since I have referal letter I will get discount with consultation. So I agreed after consultation. Here comes the billing, The Filipina lady who was the cashier ask me to pay the full amount even I informed her that her colleague told me that I will get a discount, (she told me it's not written in my paper, and "you could have told the receptionist before", (unquote) I told her that I informed her and I remember you was there also that time. But it's a shame, she dont care and just keep going, not even bother to double check with her colleague. She just need to take the money that's was she did.no concern or hospitality at all. Now here comes the pregnant lady (receptionist) I ask her again why and why she told me she was on break and payment cannot reimburse anymore so my next visit will be free. (but she lied, I didnt meet doctor caroline the 2nd time, I just came do some test for anesthesology). In my point of view first if you cannot be true to your word dont tell.the patient anymore you have discount like this and in the end nothing. 2nd to the billing counter, you could have check it with your colleague, cant bother to call her to cross check?

Dear Management team, kindly advise your staff why there is very poor communication in between them.

I am a transfered patient on my 36th wk of pregnancy. I felt very well assisted by the staffs, nurses, and my OB Gyne Dr. Sejal. They are all very helpful and easy to approach all the time. We salute & highly recommend Dra. Caroline (Gynaecology & Obstetrics Specialist) who handled my wife's pregnancy. Our baby was born only 27 weeks and Dra. Caroline made sure that my wife and the baby was safe. She didn't allow us to go home as my wife was having non-stop bleeding due low-lying placenta. She knows what she's doing and has the passion and dedication towards her job.

If it wasn't for her knowledge and attentiveness, we should have lost the baby. My wife had an emergency CS and Dra. Caroline handled this critical case with all her skills and decision making. We really thank her for being alert - most of the Doctors have the skills but some of them are lacking with the right decision making/planning.

I met Dr Mahavir (Urologist) today. He was literally yelling at me and I felt like he was scolding me. However, I dint want to stoop to his level so I just finished the consultation and left. I guess some people get educated but never learn manners. Bad experience and will surely visit another hospital next time.

They have a great Service all the nurses and Doctors are very attentive and caring they fulfill my needs and also they are very clean they from time to time and sanitize the room and general area. I love Aster its one of the best Hospital in Dubai highly recommended they are very professional in every way and with your needs.

The service here used to be way better than it is now. The management needs to redirect process and staff resources as its been close to a month, if not more, since we have been waiting on an update for a scan to happen at one of their diagnostic facilities.

Dr. Sejal, Dr. Sajitha, Nurse Anila, Nurse Ajini and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and patient during and after my delivery and stay. Two thumbs up! Highly recommended. Thanks a lot.

I had an appointment at 3pm on 18/02, but unfortunately even after waiting 1 hour could not able to see the doctor. Really unprofessional time management from reservation teams. Everyone’s time is valuable.

The facility of the hospital is class, they have very matured and experienced nurses, which boasted our confidence as it was our first baby.

Yes, during the time of peak hours your procedures take little bit of time, but I would say the time is bearable. The staffs in the counter work so hard that they take minimal time to finish the documentation work.

From my experience I would really recommend this hospital.

One of the best hospital I have been.very hygienic friendly nurses and good facilities. Felt like I had the best delivery treatment, but I was highly disappointed with few things that happened over there. When I had been to consult the paediatrician with my 5days old baby Dr insisted to do blood test n he called after the report came and said jaundice is high should admit the baby immediately we said him will come next day but Dr was not listening he was like come now itself baby required emergency treatment. We admitted the baby midnight after 12hours again done blood test n report was normal Dr said they wil discharge around 8pm we waited till 11 no response so went n asked they said my insurance company rejected the approval when we asked them they said jaundice was not high to get admitted so we rejected.i had to pay this so called jaundice from my own pocket.i dono who is to be blamed for this if it is the hospital or the paediatrician itself.i was terribly upset after this

I had 2 nights stay in this hospital, all nurses are very attentive, complete facilities and room was very nice, thathanks for taking care of me

Service and the cooperation with the patient was excellent. The coordination within the staff is excellent. Everyone knows the condition of the patient, they do proper handover and do briefing about the needs of the patient.
We dint need to explain same thing again to anyone.
Doctors were also excellent and very approachable and accommodative.
I would like to give maximum marks to this hospital.
The testament provided to me was up to the mark and I was totally satisfied by the services provided to me during my stay in the hospital.

-Facilities are clean- rooms and toilets
-Staffs and Nurses are well trained, very responsive and most importantly knows what need to be carried out/done at the time of their shifts
- very good doctors to name few (Dr mustafa, Dr Sandeep and doctor Chaudry)

Worst. First i visited ajman aster there was no skin specialist fine they asked me to visit sharjah they advised me to call before going there i did call and then when i reached there i was told that doc is there but he is full today as he has 9 patients waiting i said i can wait they said i have to wait “5 to 6 hours”
This could be ridiculous or a supreme doc who gives such a high value to the patient
A doc spares 15 minutes with patient a general patient
Then i was told to visit mankhool aster i was told to be here before 20 mintues of the appointment for registration apointment time was 12: 30 i am here waiting since then

One of the worse hospital I have ever visited. Too long waiting time for walking patient. Unnecessary many process and doesn’t care about people’s waiting time. More staff less productivity! I would not recommend for any
walking patient.

4 hours of waiting.

Referral was made by our Doctor from another clinic, my cousin needed to be admitted urgently due to dehydration plus she has infections & bacteria in her blood, urine & stool which requires higher dosage of medicine via injection. (Oral medicine like antibiotics arent doing any good to her condition as per her doctor, she needed higher dosage).

(By the way, we were advised already that she has nodes and intestine inflammation as well, 2 ct scans were done to her, and she's vommitted blood already on the same day.)

We then went to Aster's ER as per our doctor's advise. Let's make it to shortcut.

So, doctor from aster finally came to see my cousin after 4 hours of waiting like a rotten egg from 11pm to 3am. "What makes you come here? " Was the doctor's first question. Bravo. We came to eat the syringe! Ofcourse, theres a referral which is already in front of you. Please read before asking!

2nd, oh yeah you vomitted blood cause you've been vomitting alot, and therefore it causes force from your throat, i can see minor thing from there. - cool, so this minor thing from the throat can cause almost half an ounce of blood. Perfect. You didnt even asked how much blood she vomitted. Great, continue. Blablabla.

Okay, so your insurance is very basic, i dont know if you will be approved because your hemoglobin shows it's normal and there's nothing to worry about. (hey, have you forgotten to look on the other pages, her blood infection is very high, what about the inflammed intestines, the nodes and the dehydration?) So, if you're insurance will be approved, we'll proceed with the procedures, like injecting this and that for this and that (i cant remember what he said exactly what are those for). Then, once result comes, go see our doctor for gastoentrologist for further procedure.

This was my first experience of hospitalization in UAE. I was referred to Aster Hospital Dubai, Mankhool from my Obstretician. From the reception to Emergency Unit and until ward all staff doctors, nurses, supportive staff, all gave a good support. Through asking what we need, monitoring, everything were done very friendly. Hospital rooms very clean and tidy. Meals are relevent to patient condition and its tasty.
Finally I need to say my first hospital experience in UAE Dubai, Mankhool Aster hospital is great!

I would like to raise your attention regarding my experience yesterday at hospital Al-qusais. Though i have good & great opinion about aster's care towards patient and services but in a night that opinion has changed.

Last night i tuk my niece to ER dept at aster hospital qusais. And it took.around 2 & hlf hr to get the kid's xray done due to injury. Intially the CSE tuk verbal approval for GP consultation, And then for the xray service he called for verbal approval and the insurance asked medical justification for the service.we asked the CSE to send the approval through their portal or thru email with JUSTIFICATION as per instruction from nextcare insurance. When we asked initially to cse, the portal was down, we requested to send via email.and unfortunately that cse doesnot know, to which email it has to be send.when i spoke with insurance, they are not ready to share the mail id with me rather from sumone from provider side has to call and follow up. Later we spoke with CSE same and he contacted nextcare and got id and send the justification. After waiting of 20 mins we contacted nextcare and they said they havent received the mail, then i spoke with customer service exe in the insurance and handed over the phone to CSE and he communicated with approval agent, we got approval.

It is frst time experince we facing from aster hospital.as we know nextcare gives instant response to approvals or maximum of 15 mins. For that it took nearly 3 long hours. And during all these time the kid was crying due to the pain by fracture.we are coming to emergency just because the condition is like that other wise we could have wait till morning and go to clinics. This approval taking is matter of half hour even if we wait for doctor's justification and all.meanwhile while we requesting also, he is registering another patients, getting approvals etc.that is understandable like us every patient has to get treatment. But at-least they shud analyse and prioritize things in between along with their work.i request kindly train the cse 's to analyse the case to case patients which require immediate management by considering the age and condition of the patient to prioritize. Also requesting to train them regarding insurance approval sending emails (as they are not aware to which email they have to send for approval if portal doesnot work) & portals. If they are getting approvals verbally, atleast to follow up and respond the queries from payer and clear the patient whom has waiting for 2 and half hrs rather than registering new new patients. In short we reached there by 11pm on friday night and left from ER dept around 4 am of next morning for the services which we availed is GP consultation, xray & splint application.

Usually Aster healthcare (we have been to clinics & mankool) gave good patient care, consideration and great service but this time its disappointing.

Worse for walking patients. Too many process but there is no point of that many staff less productivity
