Aster Medical Center Pharmacy Al Muhaisnah

For the last 25 min I have been waiting. No token system hence they are not accountable for the Delay.

You can’t claim insurance for medicines at pharmacy, they will ask you to go other pharmacy.

Poor arrangement with nursing station to check preliminary checkups with nurses taking too much time.
Even Appointment after registration I had waited 30 minutes for nurses call, after nurses checkup only 5 minutes took to see watch Doctor.

One person working (lady), it took more than 45mins after approval to get the medicines, this was to attend 3 people before me.
There was an attendant who saw the number of people but he still didn’t attend and went away.

Very disappointed.

It’s was nice experience, calculated to maximum discounted rates. Saved around 1000 Aed.special thanks to Anju (Muhaisnah-4 pharmacy).

Sometimes when you're in pain, relieve is all you want. When I visited the pharmacy, Anna was very handy. She was welcoming, eager to help and very knowledgeable. On this particular day, there was system issues which she duly explained. Her follow up to ensure I got the remaining medication is remarkable.
