Aster Medicom Pharmacy - 14 (Madina Mall)

I visited the pharmacy this morning at about 11am or so. Joeisha was the staff who attended to me. She was very warm and polite.

Due to some reason, my prescription got rejected from my insurance company.

She immediately called the insurance company who was not picking the call for quite sometime.
So she told me that if I wanted, I could leave and she would do the needful and even offered to arrange delivery my stuff to my doorstep.

After it was all sorted, she called and informed me, and then I told her that I would collect my stuff from the store.

Now this was indeed a great customer experience from start to finish.

She initiated everything on her own, ensuring there was no inconvenience caused to me or any intervention by me.

Keep up the good work and kindly convey my appreciation to Joeisha for going the extra mile to ensure the customer is very well taken care of.

Indeed a job well done and praiseworthy.
