Aster Medshop Gardens Pharmacy

The service is extremely poor. They consistently lack the prescribed medicine, promise delivery without fulfilling it, and despite over 10 calls today, my meds haven't arrived. When contacted, they claim it's rush hours and can't deliver or take calls, displaying unprofessional and unethical behavior.

All good. But they are taking nearly 30 -40 minutes to issue medicine … I could see on my NAS app at what time approval received and I got medicine after 35 minutes! They must understand the value of tine! A patient cannot sit for log time! The management must do the needful to reduce the Delivey time!

Takes very long to wait. A process need to be applied wherein immediately applies for insurance approval as ticket is generated

Hopeless place.
Most of the Pharmacists there are so arrogant and considers them knowledgeable than doctors. No accountability at all, not proper person to escalate the issues.

Aster is now known for its lackness of punctuality when it comes to money they collect it on time but if they don't respect the timing its just a waste of money.i had many appointments and same thing no time value e. G if my appointment is at 2 in after noon i showed up there 15 min before as per requirement but waited 20 min extra bcz of they took someone walk in.ridiculous

Worst Service, too many staff but there is no importance for customer time.
Please respect the others time. If a person have to wait for an hours 2 get the medicines then it just hopeless no proper management.

Big pharmacies support two huge clinics for them and there is no staff, waiting 30-40 minutes

WORST EXPERIENCE!
I would like to encapsulate three key points.
Very Unprofessional service.
Very congested place and no place to wait.
Home delivery that they offer is worst. Non committed

I requested for home delivery of medicine at 3: 30pm yesterday (02nd July 2022). First they told - if you wait for some time i will get medicine there itself. After waiting for 10 min they told me they will deliver it. Till 10: 30pm no one showed up. Then i called customer service. After long wait and checking with Pharmacy by them, they said they will call back and nothing happened. Today morning again we called and another staff picked the call and as she was morning staff we had to explain entire process again. She called back after checking and informed that insurance denied due to some mistake in member id which should be corrected by the clinic reception and they can correct it and deliver by today afternoon - which means we have to wait for 24 hours to get the medicine. If so, what's the point? The fever/disease would have worsened by then! If aster values customer feedback, i would humbly request three things- 1) arrange a call back from your manager 2) pls get my medicine delivered without any further delays 3) Improve your service and benchmark against other good pharmacies in discovery gardens.

If i don't get any response, its better that i escalate to aster management directly.

Super slow processing. The amount of pharmacists are higher than the patients inside and yet things move really slow every time I visit here.

One of the laziest pharmacy. Out of 5 staff hardly one or two counters are actively doing the service. No place to wait. Takes about 45 mins to an hour to get your medicines, even after the prescription is approved. Worst experience ever.

Extremely poor customer experience! Customers have to wait hours to pick the prescribed medicines. They asked to wait for 1 hour for a syrup and finally told me that they will deliver at home. The staff is really slow in this pharmacy and they will just ask you to wait. While Aster has experienced and good doctors but we need to waste at least couple of hours to get the medicines from the pharmacy. Really slow processing!

Very professional and polite pharmacist. Specially Ms. Stef even though she is already exhausted for working long, and still manages to smile (i can see in her eyes that she is smiling though shes wearing mask lol) very professional in explaining how to take all the meds i need. Cheers. Only thing is they need to add more staff cause i can see in there eyes that they are all tired. And other people also keep complaining about the time they spent there. If they don’t want to wait go to other pharmacy simple as that. You don’t know how difficult it is to work in pharmacy with all that virus happening today. They facing different people with different sickness. My God, all of the people here needs to understand them. All they do is complain and complain.

Waiting time is unbearable. Your a sick patient and you visit doctor from clinic and then think of quickly collecting ur medicine and go home. But unfortunately the moment u enter the pharmacy there is a waiting queue of 15 people and takes 5 mins per person. I waited 1 hour just to collect the medicines. Very very slow.u will not wait this long in any other pharmacy.

I love Aster since then.i always got what im looking for. Staff are very accommodating specially girl named Louie.thank you for assisting me everytime I need something.either meds, vitamins or essentials she's very helpful. More Power to you guys and God Bless!

Pharmacist are very helpful in arranging my medicine and doing all the efforts to talk to my insurance whenever my medicine is being rejected.

The staffs are good and polite. Yeah the processing is slow but its understandable because i observed that there is a lot of counter but around 3 to 5 are only open. Maybe they are lack of staff due to this pandemic. Still giving 5 stars

Pathetic turn around time. 45 minutes and still waiting. 3 staff only on billing in such a peak walk-in store. Patients/customers complaining about the slow process. Staff complaining on less manpower issues.very painful. Mgmt.appreciate if you could look into the situation.
