They are very slow and don’t work in order, process is very random and they don’t respect the time of people, not recommended

Big up to Manar, Amazing salesman in Aster Pharmacy Mirdif City center, Great welcome and Amazing Customer service, 100 percent I’ll be loyal customer.
All the words that I can say wouldn’t be enough but from my side as Salesperson I truly believe that in the world of retail if we had more staff with that much of knowledge and empathy as this man the shopping experience would be more fluid and fun.
If you go there just ask for Manar and you’ll confirm by yourself every word that I said. (Keyden)

It was very bad service. They will ask you to wait for long time and they will choose who will they serve first. I wait 1hr there but I didnt even get even 1 medicine that I need because of their bad service. I will never recommend this branch. Its better to close the shop or change all the staffs there.

Big pharmacy next to Medcare clinic, but I don't recommend it at all.
Long waiting time no matter how many customers waiting.
Minimum 10 to 15 minutes and can reach up to 20 minutes waiting time, you will spend it standing because there are only 4 small chairs.
Save your time and look for any other pharmacy outside the mall.

Very good customer service from Pharmacist Mr. Akhil. Yesterday we had visited the Pharmacy, but the lady at the pharmacy gate was of not much useful. But It was only Akhil handled us with great customer service level and he explained well about all products and promotion vitamin tablets with a very pleasing way and in detail. We are very much happy with his service level with his smiling face positive attitude. Thanks Akhil

Very bad costumer service in this branch!
A lot of delay every time, and they didn't give me the medicine, they told me we will call you, and no one called me for 5 days!
