Unfortunately most of the contact no's of the pharmacies are either wrong or they put on hold or close the phone after answering

تأخير يتجاوز ٥ ساعات فقط لتوصيل الادويه وعند التواصل معهم للاستفسار عن سبب التأخير يتم الغاء الطلب وتحويله لصيدليه أخرى من دون أخطار العميل مما يؤدي الى زياده التأخير، لديهم مشكله بالتعامل باحترافيه مع العملاء.

اليوم ١١. ١٠. ٢٠٢٢تعاني ابنتي من ارتفاع في درجه الحرارا ومرت اكثر من ٤ ساعات ولم يتم ارسال الطلب نصيحه اذا كانت الصيدليه تعاني من مشاكل فلماذا يتحمل المريض النتيجه.

Best clinic ever in barsha south, amazing and frindly staff and the nurses are nice and helpfull, having dr ayman fekry as well is a bless from god, never disapoited us from more than 3 years ww see him and i only take my kids to him, littrelly 2 days ago my daughter was sick and with the grace of god and this dr she became fine within 3 days max, the medicines were effictive like majec also it was so amazing from him to care and contact us after the results of her test came out, thank you aster group for having doctors who really care about patinets and doing a great job.

Good pharmacy. Staffs were actively helpful. Pharmacist Mr. Kareem was exceptional.
