I visited Aster Pharmacy this morning and was very impressed with the service of pharmacist Sonia. She has a pleasant and kind personality and went out of her way to make sure I will get the medicines I need! She even suggested delivery to my hotel. Thank you so much Sonia!

I visited Aster Pharmacy in Bur Dubai, the one close to icare clinic in Mankhool, Mrs Fatima has assisted me several times with a good intent of actually helping me out with the medications and explained to me very well.

Highly recommend this branch if you're nearby.

Worst service by Ashar and Mintu they dint know what they are doing don't recommend at all.

LATE RESPONSE! NO HELP AT ALL! IT SO HAPPENED. I GOT OUT OF MY MEDICINE! TOTALLY ALONE THAT TIME IN THE MIDDLE OF MY SLEEP. I CONTACTED THIS PHARMACY AT THE VERY EARLY MORNING TO DELIVER MY MEDICINE, EXPECTING THAT IT WILL NOT TAKE THAT MUCH TIME. HOW EVER I TOLD THEM THAT I'M CURRENTLY SUFFERING FROM MY ILLNESS! AS THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL DELIVER IT FOR 1 HOUR AND 50 MINUTES! NO CONSIDERATION IN FACT THEY'RE REALLY NOT WILLING TO HELP. THIS KIND OF PEOPLE DOING THIS KIND OF SERVICE UNACCEPTABLE

It one of the worst place to go if you have emergency cases as well normal. The nurse and the doctors are busy discussing about their own personal lives. I'm not writing bcoz I had s bad experience. M writing this i have been noticing the place and having repeated bad experience for the last few years. It's a completely rip off. The emergency doctors are clueless and have no experience. For a migrane head ache you guys have done a ECG for no reason and the doctor has told me that she doesn know why the ECG had taken. Just pathetic. I wish I could give zero star. Not worth contacting you guys.

This pharmacy is said to be their biggest pharmacy in Dubai.they have everything like stretcher, wheelchair, walking sticks, post pregnancy belt, bp monitor, thermometer, medicine, vitamins and supplements etc. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The medicines and all their products are nicely displayed. Previously this was a 24 hrs pharmacy. Now they have made it like 08: 00 am to 00: 00 hrs if I am right. This is a pharmacy where you can have most of your medications or other health related items under one roof.

The staff there were very accommodating, friendly, and quickly finished the full process of my prescription refill from obtaining approval from my insurance up to delivery. I highly recommend Aster Pharmacy Mankhool opposite Aster Hospital Mankhool.

First of all The waiting Time is very long to inter the restaurant second thing the level of the cleaning is soooo low. Every one inter the restroom make it worse and worse. The sink is also stuck and the water fall down and no body clean.

Kindly ensure to keep good inventory available all the time. Yesterday, I visited here and pacifier was out-of-stock. In fact, there was not even a single pacifier of any brand available.

Opens 24x7, wide ranges of pharmaceutical products and there was two pharmacists on duty at the prescribed drugs section.
