Poor customer care and medication prescription delivery I’m still waiting about 2.5 hrs already.

Ridiculous service, my husband is suffering with severe pain, and since last 6 hours I am waiting for medicines of home delivery. They dont attend calls not responding and we are just waiting. You guys are terrible along with your pharmacy management

I ask for specific cough syrup but they dont have. The next step they should do is to offer alternative brand but they didnt. Its like they dont care and not happy with their jobs

Terrible service. They have 3 staffs and I don’t know what they are doing. I waited for half an hour just to get my prescription. Worst part, they won’t even give you a time by when they can keep things ready for you. I went to carrefour did my shopping there and also looked around in v perfumes and got back and guess what, still no medicines ready! Really really bad service!

Longer waiting time, no use of booking appointments with doctor because whatever time you saved, that will be wasted with pharmacy because they are too slow or there is no enough staff to handle customers.

Such a waste service. Never answers the call and do not do the delivery even after 3 hours. Irresponsibility at its hights

Impressed with the excellent customer service I received. Krizia is very friendly and knowledgeable, and she took the time to answer all of my questions. She also provided helpful advice on how to best manage my medications. I would highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone looking for great customer service.

Unprofessional staff, they will waste your time till get approval form insurance company
They wasted 30 minutes to discover there is a mistake in insurance number and another 45 minutes to get insurance approval, Better to go for another pharmacy if you are keen about your time

They serve people that pay cash first. People with insurance have to wait and wait and wait. No approval even needed. Very bad place.

All staff’s are so accomodating and helpful. They are also polite in all of their customers. Always smilling and greeting their customers. Keep it up.

I would like to thank you for all your support and good service for past 2 years. I always order medicines, supplements, etc and they are always very helpful on their WhatsApp and I received my items in a timely manner. Whole my family got very severe covid and ended up to hospital last summer. I called them the night I ended up to hospital and explained my situation, asked them to deliver a steam inhaler as I had trouble in breathing. They just delivered it immediately and we are quite far from them. We are thankful for their support:) Well done Aster Pharmacies!

The Pharmacist are very helpful and they make sure that you get all the medicines you needed. They explain thoroughly how to take the medications. Very accommodating and friendly staff! ️️️

All the pharmacists at Discovery Pavillon branch are amazing, helpful, informative and shows genuine care.

Had to wait for my turn for almost 30 mins and 15 more mins to get insurance approval.i could see ppl dropping the prescription and going for grocery shopping in carrefour to come back later. I think they lack of staff or being near to a clinic led to more number of customers. Either way I suggest to go to any other branch to get ur medicines ASAP.
