Very bad customer service I visited today morning . I want buy some supplement when enter inside pharmacy I’m wishing them good morning they are not looking at me I think they don’t care about business I didn’t buy anything not recommended . Please give some class for staff

I visited Aster on Tuesday was feeling really bad &my health was poor but how I was received from the reception to the doctor to the pharmacy healed me even before I took my medicine. #Incredible team thankyou Aster

I wanted to bring to your attention the extremely disappointing experience I had with your front office staff at the hospital yesterday. I must say, they were utterly useless.

Useless staff available.nobody bother what customer wants.everybody busy in the computer.do not go there unless you have insurance.fake tests will cost you more.also before go to the Dr study Malayalam and go. Their Doctors talk to you only in Malayalam regardless of your nationality. Pathetic.

This branch actually its soo bad i have sent on whatsapp what i want even checking messages no they are not checking and not replying

Extremely overpriced for tests. Rip off if you don't have insurance, even with insurance you have to pay a little.

Well organized and, quick service, especially Ms. Shabana at the counter very friendly and well explained the usage of medicines in a professional way. Thankyou so much.

AFTER ONE FULL MONTH NO implement still only one person serving. Can only one person in the counter will manage 18 persons prescription at a time?

Visited last week & I found that the stuff I need was not available; they took a note & my contact. They told me that it will be arraged in 2 days max & With responsibility they called me on phone when it was available.

I found this quite assist & kind of them to chase me for a small thing.

Overall my experience it was so good, the pharmacist clearly explained how to use the medicine and other stuff

Have visited many times and the employees are also kind to the customers. But the major issue i faced in this pharmacy is time consumption. You have to take pills to control your pressure as you feel that there is no value for customer's time. Just eating time of customer's casually. When one of the medicines not available i received the information after all my waiting process done and about to pay. Which needs to be improved for sure. But anyhow they have a delivery service too if you are not in dire need of medicine can go for it which will help to avoid all these unwanted issues.

Last week, I went to this pharmacy with relative and saw that some of the employees appeared to be sick, as if they were suffering from a covid. The staff was coughing, which I heard. I had the impression that we weren't safe inside the pharmacy, so I advised my relative to leave and go to another pharmacy. My experience to this pharmacy was disappointing. That staff with flu symptoms should stay at home and be tested rather than coming to work. As far as I'm aware, a pharmacist's job is to assist customers feel better and recover as rapidly as possible, rather than to make us sick.

I had once of the best service from Aster Muteena Pharmacy. The name of the cashier was 'Chiku' (if i remember correctly). Some medicines which were showing as not covered in insurance in the clinic system, he followed up with insurance company and got it approved. I forgot some medicine in the pharmacy. He later called me and asked me to collect it. Excellent service. This guy should be rewarded.

The aster pharmacy staff was kind n very helpful and the explanation about the medication how to use it.

Very slow the cashier and phamarmacist didnt even explain the medicine timings.maybe bcuse im not paying cash bcos its under only with local insurance how i wish u treat people same rich or poor.thank you so much shared experienxe to my other relatives
