Very good services and very knowledgeable staff, thanking them for arranging insurance approval within the time and providing more info on the medicines.

This Pharmacy used to be great, specially when they had an arab lady working there, she was very knowledgeable, kind, gentle and efficient.during my last 2 visits I’ve noticed the new Indian lady Tinu Thomas is very slow, not friendly and she keeps a queue of delivery guys sitting inside the pharmacy and at the same time another queue of patients waiting. She talks to the delivery, to the patients and to 2 phones at the same time. The place have become very noisy and even to get some panadol I had to wait almost 20 min.

The clinic is located well in center of sports city and good amount of parking space. The staff is supportive and compassionate. We have dealt with Ashwathy at the reception and Dr Mishal. Both were very helpful.

I have never had to wait so long to buy nasal spray; 20 mins! If you're going to run a busy pharmacy attached to a clinic, get more staff. You cannot leave 1 single pharmacist to do entire pharmacy including insurance authorisations.

Aswathi at reception made sure my experience at Aster was amazing. She went above and beyond to care for me and my treatment. I am so grateful for her and she is doing an amazing job being a fantastic, approachable people person putting her clients needs first and their minds at rest: she is an asset to your clinic! Thank you to lovely Aswathi, you do an unbelievable job!

Superb care and attention from the team at Sports City! Glad to say after visiting I have been taken care of to recovery and feeling much better.

Dr Mishal made a quick and careful examination and put me on the road back to health with a big smile on his face!

John and Aswathi greeted me and made me feel welcome and valued upon each of my visits while processing my appointments and prescriptions efficiently.

For my health’s sake, hopefully I won’t have to return too often but if I am ever in need, I know where to go!

Very bad customer service even if there is one customer they are so slow. Every time have to wait forever to be attended. Horrible

Hi i was call evening for medicine, one person pick my call we talk about only one medicine, and he say now busy he took my number say i'll call back and i give him my number.he never call me back.

Home delivery staff is super pathetic, I tried them 2 times and they tried to avoid the work and putting blame on other staff members, resulting in a very delayed delivery, plus I had to follow up multiple times

Very poor customer service.priorities in the service must be set correctly.the real buyer does not need to stand and wait for the seller to answer the phone and talk to the couriers in front of the standing customer.
Today I came to buy something like a pain relief, they started servicing and suddenly the phone rang, the seller started talking on the phone, then a delivery guy came and started talking to him.so I left the pharmacy with pain and without medicine! No need to stand around and wait for the seller to answer the phone and talk to the couriers if the real buyer has already started to be served.
