I went today pharmacy. I had best experience special i would like to mention one of the pharmacist (i dnt know the her name) she always smile to the paitent and helping very Professional.

Good service, very polite and knowledgeable pharmacist at Al Khail Mall Aster Pharmacy (Ms. Fianne). Keep up the good work

Went to buy some medicines in alkhail branch and the pharmacist said those medicines are not available, because of Insurance claim.if you can't process the insurance claim then why we took insurance?
Very pathetic attitude from your side!

Calling aster al khail branch pharmacy phone number for the last 2 hours, even left a message with call center who as well were not able to reach the branch, no one is bothered to pick up the phone and the IVR says ‘customer is king’! Seriously? Get the basics sorted first.

Excellent service by Male Pharmacist. So busy pharmacy with less staff, would have given 5 stars if more staff to serve, even the staff was trying their best with more patients.

Pathetic service long queue (Every time we visited)
No adequate staffs and poor expertise on handling the pharmacy and accounting. Haven’t seen it improved in last few years and thought I post this to ascertain better service in future.
