I've encountered the worst service from Aster twice. I ordered my prescription around 8:30 pm through the Aster app, and it was delivered around 12:30 pm, despite the advertised 90-minute promise. When I contacted the contact center, they mentioned it was initially assigned to one pharmacy and then transferred to another. Additionally, one of your pharmacists provided a fake reason for the delay, stating it was due to the insurance provider, even though it was already approved. I'm disappointed with Aster's service, especially since this is the second time this has happened to me. Can you address this issue and take action accordingly?

Unorganized staff and only one 2 nurses to handle the whole clinic patients. Too much waiting time.

It was the best experience at aster pharmacy, they have well behaved and professional staff, especially 1 staff Mr, Chandra sherkar

Yesterday at night i submitted my prescriptions they said we are waiting for your insurance approval kindly visit after 15 to 20 minutes. Than i visit today morning they said the concern person is not available kindly visit at night, than again i visit today night they said still waiting for approval kindly come after 15 minutes now when i went after 15 minutes, they gave me 2 medicines than i said the doctor prescribed 4 medicines and you are giving 2 why? After that i asked for my prescription list than i found they lost it, now after confirming that yes it was 4 medicines again they said come tomorrow we will check today. I will never ever recommend aster clinic and their pharmacy.

Very well because location is the best way to the my house and very Lovely stuff very friendly
