Fail in all areas of service aspect.

Only opening multiple branches and saying we care and writting won't justify.

It's very slow, it takes a full hour of treatment or more. And they don’t have the medicine what the doctor ask we need to go to life pharmacy

Pharma staff is good but clinic staff is a bit irresponsible not attending the patients complaint properly every time we need to cl them no give you a cl back some time as we are in emergency and panic but no response at all

I always have good experience with this pharmacy and also I want to mention the staff Sneha who attend with whole care and love and she remembers the old history and always enquire about that which give relief as a patient

Great experience! Made a same day appointment on Aster clinic and got in right away. The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. Doctor was great and gave clear explanation on my medical condition. I just came here for getting second opinion but doctor made super realistic and gave greater service. I will definitely be back and would recommend here!

Everyone was apparently busy and people were coming randomly and will pass you even If you are in a line and they will not even say anything and will assist the people who passed the line. I was standing here for almost a 10 mins with no one to assist or even help. And when I said I was here first the guy gave me an attitude and he was like I was doing something and busy and then people suddenly came. So he didn’t even apologize. The disrespect! Please train your people how to respect others or at least when they do a mistake to be apologetic.
Not coming here EVER AGAIN.
