Impolite staff, they keep calling me every day ,even midnight to get back to them and buy a product, I asked them never to call again and they are insisting to annoy me by calls and WhatsApp with no respect.

*Fooling Alarm*
So apparently you would receive a voucher of 25% discount on "Non Pharma" products as mentioned on the voucher. Even a lay man would know that protien is a non pharma item but then they would not give discount on it saying that "non pharma means selected items" non pharma= selected, really? They are making customers fool with such scheme, please do not fall prey for such schemes and definitely rather go and buy it from Life Pharmacy who keep transparency with their clients. This is not acceptable. I repeat try not to make a purchase forcefully to make the payment amount so much ot get the voucher its a scam imo.

I do not recommend dealing with them because they gave my 8-month-old daughter expired milk. Be careful of your children

Two incidents happened with me that made me decide not to deal with them again.
1- One month ago I went physically there to get a medication on the insurance and they said they would send it to my home and I left. Later on texted me to say that they need the physical ID which I could provide them when I was there before they offer a delivery.
2- Two days ago, I went there with a pic of a medication which they said that it is available in another branch bit it would take two days to be delivered. Today, I texted them to get an update and all they said is “Not received sir”. No expected time and no apology for making me wait for them.
Anyways. I won’t deal with them again even though they are in the same building and it would be convenient if they are professional.

Very poor online service delivery, was promised officially to deliver within 1.5 hour but was late for several hours
When you were staying sick and waiting for your order urgent and it was late for so many hours better to choose other pharmacies who could deliver within 30 minutes and save your time, health and nervous

Excellent Customer service and Very professional staff especially Mr Mohd Shaheer who is extremely Polite, cooperative and very knowledgeable.
