Before yesterday I bought 1 face wash I ask them which is good for face and they recommend to take that face wash name (bye bye blemish) but it’s not good at all my face swelling and itching and I visit there again and I tell him about that but they didn’t care he said he can’t change.this is my worse experience I didn’t expect this they really disappointed me.

They are always helpful.

Pharmacists are very supportive whenever we call them regarding any medicines doubts and dosage. This is very useful specially when you don't want to go to hospital for minor sickness.

Yesterday I visited Aster branch in Alnahda. Mr. Vignesh was assisting me and my wife. He is such an intelligent person, he explained the conditions, what are all the side effects, benefits of taking particular supplements. All the details provided in very deep. I never met a Pharmacist giving such good information. Thanks Aster Pharmacy healthcare for having such person.

Night shift dude try to sale me in very expensive antibiotic then he always hide the cheap sometimes we need to care the people healthy more than your bucket

They never pick any calls after 01.00 AM.
The automated response will keep asking you to hold and finally will give a response to continue to hold or to speak to customer service. If you continue to hold, the same story will continue, if you opt to speak to the customer service, they will inform that the service is not available.

The words they advertise "Customer is King", never beleive that, its just for advertisement.

Dear Aster Team, please invest some time and amount in your service rather than putting them on search engine optimization and adds.
