I want to share my experience with this pharmacy miss Alina pharmacist , to approve medicine insurance asked for lab report but she did not called and informed that we want your lab report and insurance decline because they wanted lab report and lab report was with me but she did not even asked through call seriously very bad experience, they are not taking things seriously. I want to know for what purpose they are hired in pharmacy?

Here you can buy medicines easily. People are very nice to help you find your medicine. And medicine is also cheaper than other stores. So I will give 5 stars.

I wanted to share my experience that Aster service is not at all as great as before. Moreover, Customer feedback hardly matters for them as they shifted their interest towards more business, earlier Aster was service-oriented now they are business-oriented.
I would like to bring attention to the higher management to take a notice about my complaint TK025511 which is never been entertained.
I have logged a complaint sometime back but I have not received any call or email in response of my experience.
So I feel like it would not be a good to avail any service from such medical place that is least bothered about patients and their feedback.

Worst customer service. You have to wait for ages if you need any medicine in emergency you could find the staff attending customers with only one hand while folding other one the back … Only two counters could be found serving the customers while other staff is just roaming here and there for no reason … is it a pharmacy or a zoo?

Pharmacy takes longer than the doctors appointment. Had to wait almost an hour for the prescription while the counter was fully staffed.

The most long awaiting pharmacy i ever wait in a queue for medicines. The reason for me coming to Aster jubilee are the wonderful doctors.if not I would never recommend aster to anyone.

Its a shame that the management has failed to do any improvements since the past years.

Been declined for my medicines because they said my insurance is new, have to wait for minimum of 48 hours for the approval. They give an option for me to pay full and reimburst it after approval but when i ask for assurance of it, they said they cannot give because they dont know if my meds is covered by insurance. Like seriously? Its only plain paracetamol and anti allergy and it will not be covered? I can even purchased it over the counter. Worst. Worst. Worst!

All staff is very helpful specialy Mr Umar in pharmacy helped me in getting rid of my skin allergy

Accept too many appointments than they can handle. And the patient has to wait for hours. No value for patients time. Even if they know there are 50 patients infront of you, they still tell you it will just take 20-30 mnt. Had to wait for 3.5 hours to get an Ultrasound scan done. Pathetic.
