Aster Pharmacy

The worst customer service! I’ve been calling for 2 days and nobody picks up the phone. What is the point of this branch to have a phone if it is never answered? !

I really love them system always they are serving the customer on time with the medicine and approvals for the insurance, when even I can’t take them from the another’s hospitals pharmacy the online aster Pharmacy they’re always helpful and nice. Definitely I would recommend to everyone. Thank you

Not professional no trained staff to communicate with client. Insurance approval takes forever.half of time no medicine available. Better call and check with pharmacy of availability of medicine.

Placed order @ 7: 11pm today.medicines not yet delivered. 3 hrs + they r not certain when they can deliver - very unprofessional behaviour from the servicing pharmacist. Am just 10 mins walking distance from the shop. Better to place order from others.

Very helpful and professional staff at Aster Motorcity. They are always courteous and willing to help.
