Aster Pharmacy (Grand Nahda)

Guys do not go and waste your time here not properly managed there only focus is on the patients with insurance
After waiting for 10mins there I left the shop as nobody even bothered to ask why am I there
This branch is always short of staff and this is not the first time it happened
Life is much better in all aspects

The Staff was very friendly, but shd hv options for basic insurance it really help ppl to be easy on pocket, I took medication worth 800 dhs I wish my RAK insurance worked n wud hv got abit of discount.

Always I had got a good experience from this pharmacy.really very professional staffs are there.especially, Mr. Mohammed Ismail, Athira, Rijil, Sabida.all are very friendly and helpful. Thanku.

I liked their quick service and staff is very gentle.
Mr. MOHAMMED WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND GAVE ME ALL INFORMATION NEEDED ABOUT FEW MULTIVITAMINS.

The service provided by Mr ismail was exceptional.the cream he arranged was out of stock in the market, but he found a pharmacy that had it on hand and he delivered it within one days, super service by Mr ismail

Ifter my check up I went to the pharmacy to take my medicine And they said it's not approved From my insurance. I was wondering why because my insurance is category A And later on I received messages for approval and everything and all has been approved medical check up and the medicine And yet no phone call from the pharmacy nothing at all.

Very good pharmacy and all the staffs are committed to great service and very friendly, taken my insurance approval and given medicine very fast, i would suggest all my friends to this aster

One of the worst pharmacy to visit. They took 2 hours to apply for insurance and kept telling that the medicines are not being covered and gave me screenshot of rejection. When I checked when I got back to home, they applied on my son's name. Worst service I have ever encountered.

People who can't give prescription medicines are working here.they will ask u to come later.when u come later ur prescription has expired.go to doctor again

The staff don’t know, I visited the pharmacy for getting one medicine which is not required any prescription. But they staff requested me to get one. Later I called Life pharmacy to inquire this. They said no need for the medicine and they deliver it for free.

I have visited couple of times. Dr. Bushra Ayesha is a great professional. She has the patience to listen to the issues of the patient. Each time i visited, with her prescription I had completely recovered. I definitely recommend her. Thank you Aster. You got great Doctors.

Very poor customer service, especially Mr. Narayan. They should pay attention to patients waiting rather than spending time to upsell their merchandise products.

Busy with their own. Talking to their kabayan and not taking the customer. I asked for assistance they replied that I m not pharmist and I waited like 20 mins and her kabayan came she given the medicine to her. It's a racism which is not good. Poor service never go back to the pharmacy.

While I waited what seemed forever in queue to get to the counter after 15 min a lady walked in and shoved the prescription on the counter as usual not aware that another person has been waiting their turn. The pharmacist politely told her it was my turn as i had been waiting before her. Upset she mumbled there should be tokens.

Thank you to the kind gentleman for handling with such professionalism as I had rushed to get this prescription after going to 3 pharmacies to get medicines for my sick baby.
