Professional service! Is all I can say, the counter might get busy, but the doctors are knowledgeable and kind!

Very positive and satisfactory services by Santra and Yakoob.
Very good follow up to get clarification and clearance from clinic and insurance agency.
These staff should be motivated by the management.

Someone called me at 6: 18pm to mention lab test results and stated that Pharmacy shall send me the additional medication I need to take. It’s a 5 minute walk from my building and since I am sick, I waited at home. More than 2 hours+ (still counting) passed and still nothing! Doctors are good but Pharmacy delivery is a disappointment!

Update: Delivery came at 9: 12pm

I have been to many pharmacies, this is one of the best. Staff helps us and assist us in explaining about the medicines. Thanks to Deepa for all the efforts you took.

The pharmacy did not have proper communication with insurance company and is useless in its operations.

You will stand there for ages. I have never seen such slow services. 5 people and yet 3 were helped, other pushed in and I literally left

Very bad I came 3am in the morning to claim my medicine despite that I have an insurance coverage followed by a call from my insurance company approving the medicine but still the gentleman didn't accept to give me the complete prescription.

Very bad experience, I took two of my kids to pediatrician Dr. Simikiruthiga; very worst experience as she was so unprofessional, not all polite when we discuss about the kids condition; I personally not recommending anyone to consult this doctor.

Always tough formalities, they need to simplify the procedures.

The pharmacist was extremely helpful and I always find all the medications I need there. Also Aster pharmacy has a loyalty program, which qualifies you to get a discount on ur bill. Highly recommended!

Recently i visited aster tecom. I really appreciate the customer service. While giving the medicine the pharmacist explained all the details it helped me a lot. Great work guys.

Called them so many times for home delivery of medicines but unfortunately no received the call

I dont know what is the issue but I get less product for what I paid for last time my medicine strip was less and these time my insuline nidle are less when I reach home and check it was less in count really dissapointed second time so decided to write guys please chk next time before leaving the pharmacy

Very bad service. Never leave without taking complete quantity of covered medicine because they certainly will make you wait for the balance. No update being done as well as to when your meds are coming. Deepa the pharmacist doesnt even know how to apologise when confronted with the question as to why nobody took the time to update about availability and delivery, even tried to lie about trying to call me when I certainly did not receive any call from them. Very unwelcoming staff in the pharmacy, total opposite of those in the clinic.

Service is not so fast, staff struggles to manage the crowd, instead of having appointment i had to wait for 1 hr for my turn, even for tests service was not satisfactory, even doctor was trying to show himself the best.

A normal Drug store. There are a few others in the vicinity and I usually call and enquire on the discounts and offers I can get for the medication.

UAE is a country based on the system of equality, however it’s not translated when it comes to Aster Pharmacy. The walk-in customers without insurance are considered superior here as compared to the one with insurance, so you can expect to wait until the last walk-in customer is not dealt with even if they came way after you. Disappointing!
