I recommend Aster Pharmacy in Dubailand Sky Courts, particularly with Pharmacist Muhammed Shibil, for their excellent service and knowledgeable assistance. All insurance accepted, wide range of vitamins of cosmetic collection including derma products.

This pharmacy doesn’t deliver the items, they will make it fresh for u also,
3 hours for an order to receive

Between 5pm to 9pm if you go to buy your medication consider your spending your the next 30 minutes waiting in a very closed environment with sick people. So if your not sick your definitely getting sick. By the time your turn arrives a person is dead and reborn again.

Dear Concern,
The Clinic doctors and pharmacy staff are very good.
But the problem is it has huge huge waiting time.
That is pathetic, if one is seriously not well he cannot wait this long time in Que.
And this is always in rush the pharmacy is located on ground floor of Skycourts, Dubai land.
It is request if you can take this concern seriously and increase more staff or set up a process to expedite the process.

Worst delivery services!
They just tell you they’ll deliver in an hour
When they deliver after hours and hours of waiting. 4 hours wait is a minimum.

The female arabic pharmacist in Dubai land is very rude and unprofessional, she acts as giving the medicine from her own charity.
Its really a shame to have such behaviour especially in the medical filed.

Update: even though after sending an email no one called or cares so its expected from the staff to be unprofessional and rude if the management itself has scripts to write in replies with no action

Don’t go to Aster!
I saw the doctor at 9am amazing lady doctor!
for some reasons since I live near by they told me medicine was being delivered home! 9am to now 4pm and still waiting for medicine! Having high fever and headache and still waiting for medicine!
Finally at 5pm I had to go pick up the medicine myself after a full day of pain!
Don’t go to Aster you are risking to suffer in pain without medication after paying everything!

Waiting for medicine. Since 5 hours. I am sick and called them twice to send early.now no one attending call.

They don’t pick up the calls and even if they pick up staff is not ready to provide proper assistance.
Very poor service.

Takes too long to collect the medicine as they try to multitask attending too many customers. The place is under staffed to handle the number of customers in the area.

MEANWHILE IM CALLING WORST SERVICES 15 MIN GONE NO ONE PICK THE CALL NOW DISCONNECTED. IAM NOT EVEN GIVEN ONE STAR BUT NO OPTION

That's a bad customer service - picking up the phone 5 times in past 15 mins and declining it.
I wish there was a zero rating too.

No one answers the calls, I've been calling since yesterday, what kind of call centre is this? !

The worst pharmacy in the UAE, hands down. Do not order from their website because they will take your money, disappear then send you the wrong item several days later and they will have no shame in how unprofessional and incompetent they are. WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

One of the best pharmacy team. I found all the items i required. The team assisted me was really kind. I recommend them for any medicine needs.

Ppl who work with aster pharmacy or clinic they don't have any knowledge of customer service ppl they can work in supermarket not in health care as they ARE lazy (almost 3 hr. To deliver medicine!)

You never answer your phone. How useless is this branch omg! Morning no answer, afternoon no answer and evening also. For how many days were trying.

Aster is great pharmacy, they provide a very useful information when I call them in the phone they care a lot about the patient and make sure about the age of kids to make sure that the medicine selected need the need and does not have side effects, in addition to that the deliver the medicine to home fast with providing card payment on delivery.

Worst service we waited for 1 hour for médecine and no onw informed us how long it will take keeping in mind that we had a si k kids at home.
