Aster Pharmacy

One of the best Aster pharmacy in UAE and the staff there are also very friendly. Especially Anju Maria Joseph

Worst pharmacy ever! They take advantage of patients! Rude staff! Was waiting there for a while, someone else came in the lady started helping her. They don't even provide receipt when purchasing on cash (probably the lady kept it in her pocket). Literally got a medicine 5 mins but was the wrong one, 5 mins after back in store to exchange it, the medicine wasn't even open. They didn't exchange it. Save your time and take your business somewhere else. Never using Aster again!

The best Service I have ever seen and a professional team over there, a special thanks to Dr. Raneem for her continuous support and prompt response when needed

Very bad staff they don't know how to deal with the customers, I wish I can give less than 1 star, the worst service ever, New pharmacist (lady) is not well trained.

Very bad service from the staff

Today me and my wife went to buy something from aster pharmacy in Mirdif near to the west zone,
We have been waiting for 5 mins someone to attend us, after 5 mins one lady came from inside without wearing mask, jacket and no identity card also, and she come to the counter without do any greeting to customer,
She is directly asking you want this?
When we were checking the item she was busy talking to colleague, after that she is ordering to us to buy the product because you open it,
And she is arguing to us and saying she is not getting the salary from us.

If the customer is not there how she will get the salary?

This is the first time I saw any aster staff behaving such an unprofessional way and showing the attitude.

They claim that the branch is open 24/7, which isnt true.
Judging by the other reviews, its an ongoing issue and aster is doing nothing to solve the problem.

Bonus story:
I once asked for magnesium supplements and the "pharmacist" gave me manganese instead. And when I notified him he simply answered that they are the same:) they really hire salesmen instead of actual pharmacists.

I'm not sure you fully understand what 24 hours mean.this pharmacy closes before 12.1 star because I drove 15 mins to get here in the night because I really needed meds for my kid

I came all the way to get my medicine and when arrived it's closed! Why advertise 24hrs when u are not
