Aster Pharmacy

Not for the pharmacy, but the staff on duty now (2 Oct 2023,9-10: 20pm.several calls on the landline, even calls from Aster customer service representative to the pharmacy branch, no answer.no response at all.the call is for the follow up of a request made.replied they will do but after waiting, still not done.

My worst experience with Aster pharmacy. It was my first and last visit of this branch in JLT Red Diamond building. Rude staff. They don't listen to the customer, just argue and make upset. Had to talk to few managers as the staff could not understand my request. Wasted one hour just to finish it.

Great experience as always. Had an appointment with Dr. Fayaz, my favorite GP and returned satisfied. Great staff and patient handling as always.

So I was trying hard to get my medication which is controlled one alright but unfortunately the prescription was written for another company of my medication and I do prefer the cheaper one thus one female pharmacist there which was wearing hijab and I think she is Indian and she is not the manager was so nervous and attitude with me she was so stressed and angry and instead of supporting me she was doing the opposite despite my hard situation trying to get my medication for more than 3 hours. Is this how you deal with mental health patients? ! Does she really deserve to be a pharmacist in charge? ! This really shocks me and she doesn’t deserve to be a pharmacist honestly however I wanna thank the male pharmacist manager who was very gentle and patient with me and he tried his best to help and I do believe that the other staff are good as well.
I still can’t forget that horrible day I spent in this pharmacy because of this pharmacist.
Please take care who you hire before putting patients in such situations

What is happening with Aster clinics?
I had an appointment with a dermatologist, flirty, get too close when I just needed to check my hand, and also insist in offering his personal mobile number

I highly recommend Dr Farah Manxar. She is always so reassuring, accurate in diagnosis and effective in getting any situation under control.

I put one star at the beginning because they gave me only 1 box of Sefodox.after my review, they called from the pharmacy and gave a second box. Well done guys, I'll be happy to come back to you.prosperity to you!

Big Thank you to Judy who has the highest customer service sense i saw, she is kind and knowledgeable, she is always going the extra mile to make the custoners happy and satisfied. I stopped dealing with other pharmacies and now just dealing with Aster and Judy who can answer any call any time or any question required. All the best and thank you for having excellent staff

ASTER PHARMACY RED DIAMOND BUILDING JLT GAVE ME MEDICATION WHICH THEY KNEW WOULD EXPIRE DURING THE COURSE AND WERE NEGLIGENT. I CALLED THE PHARMACY FEW TIMES ASTER PHARMACY DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THE ISSUE. BY GIVING AN EXPIRED MEDICINE THEY PUT ME AT RISK

This is the best service I have ever received at a pharmacy. No fuss and go all out to help. Thank you everyone, especially Judy who is always on the ball.

Very good pharmacy near aster clinic. Parking is available. Less waiting time. Pharmacist explained me very well about the medications.

Aster Pharmacy jlt didn't have the medication I wanted, they sent me to another branch. The meadows branch refused to give me my medication, Because the time limit has expired.

There is not a single day when i need a help or medicament advice and I wouldn’t get it in Aster pharmacy JLT. The team is simply amazing, they always step up to advise on all the products they have and even go extra miles in delivering to my doorstep when I can’t make it to the pharmacy. Since I got introduced to Aster Pharmacy JLT, I don’t know how to buy from any other pharmacy

This pharmacy have good service. The pharmacist Jithu Joseph is very helpful and dedicated. He gave detailed explanation about vitamine tablets suited for my health when i needed. He is very polite to customers. The medicne arrangement in the shelf is very neat and systematic, So we can identify required medicine quickly. So this will be my all time favourite and I recommend this aster branch for all of you.

Pharmacy staffs were very helpful as well. They even lend me their personal hotspot just to complete my online egistration. Thank you!
