Over the past month, we have been diligently pursuing approval for Dupixent injections through MedNet, facing numerous challenges due to the high cost of the medication. Despite encountering several rejections, Ms. Sajini Seenath's unwavering commitment and professional approach in facilitating the insurance approval process have been truly commendable.

Her relentless efforts, attention to detail, and proactive follow-up played a pivotal role in securing the insurance approval for the medication. Once the medicine is ready, they call us and it is being distributed. For example, last week I did not collect my medicine. Mrs. Sajini followed up with me for two days, and after that, I was able to collect my medicine. All the staff members have been very helpful and provided guidance. I am grateful to Mr. Sajini for his assistance.

Very unprofessional staff.

My wife is pregnant and they have given her 45 tablets for 45 days tablet course which have expiry date less than 30days.

In god’s grace, we have noticed it after two days. Otherwise my pregnant wife would have consumed the expired tablets.

I work at Aster Alfa pharmacy for eight months. There is work experience in different sections.picking, packing, inbound, outbound, etc. Those in charge are also very good. In one word, the work environment here is very good. We work together with everyone.

Very good pharmacy, fast service and excellent staffs, Anu was very proactive.
Clean environment

Unsatisfied with the service, I went to purchase Apisal nasal spray by cash, waited so long but no response, so I didn't purchase.try to improve the service.

Sloooowww Service. Lack of staff. Too much time taken for Approval submission. Waiting keeps patience tickingg.
Alfa Team needs to show some energy. Looks like staffs are drained down.

Very good pharmacy with good stock or acute and chronic medicines. Friendly staffs. Pharmacist Anu explained very well about the prescribed medicines.

Very slow service. Everytime I go, i have to wait atleast 30-45 minutes for my turn to come. No sense of urgency from the staff to expedite the process. Taking their own sweet time for even smallest of orders.

I just tried to talk to the pharmacist Incharge and the other pharmacist they were too aggressive
I asked them about what time the manager here!? And why there attitude like this. They said: coz there is a lot of patients!
I am pharmacist and I never act like this in my whole experience about 8 years!
This is shame!

I was overcharged for my prescription. It’s supposed to be 4.70 and she charged me 5.00. When I asked for the receipt, she gave me the prescription note instead. I hope this is not a habit, to make extra income for overcharging. Small amount adds up to big amount, if they were to keep it up. Also, since it’s been reviewed a few times, it’s a common practice for the pharmacist to be rude.

I had a very good experience with the pharmacy.all the staffs are very kind and approachable.they explained the medications very clearly. Thank you aster Pharmcy for your service.

Reception lady staff in the PCR section harshly talking with everyone. This is not good for maintaining the quality of aster.

I was waiting with my pregnant wife.when I asked if we can get a priority.the lady said everyone waiting please wait.when clear the sign is there for priority for pregnant and elders.rude and careless service.don’t go

I have nothing against the staffs personally. When there are online offers why don't you just tell the customers about the same. You gave me country life maxi hair plus which was aed 246, were as online it shows its aed 123. If you would have said about it, I would have bought the same, especially during this distressing times of covid, even a penny saved would helpes alot. I have visited quite a number of times to your pharmacy, my bill was always 300+, sorry not anymore.
