The experience is so friendly and helpful.the staff are patient in explaining the medicine and how to follow instructions.espìcally Rachel.love her smile and soft spoken language.

Philippine Guy is very helpful & friendly, also other staff good as well. But the guy always give me suggestions which i save some penny because of him.

Would like to give a negative star due to today’s delivery experience, but I am considering the attitude of the kabayan pharmacists.

Last night, I ordered panadol and Vicks for delivery. The male kabayan pharmacist was so honest about the delivery, he mentioned that he will forward my order in the other nearest branch and mentioned that my order could possibly delivered around 10: 30 pm. I waited for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes, but at least it arrived at expected time as per the pharmacist. Also, he was so apologetic about it.

Today, I ordered Prospan Syrup around 10: 23 am. The female kabayan pharmacist mentioned that she will forward my order to the other nearest branch (the same as last night). After 45 minutes to an hour, another pharmacist called asking for the mode of payment. I was really expecting that the delivery will arrive soon after the call. But after 2-3 follow up, and 2 calls from the pharmacy, and after 4 hours (it is already 2: 30 pm), my order has not arrive yet.

I know that the staffs are doing their best to cater the best quality service, but delivery is really pulling the review/ rating down.

My recommendation is for the higher leaders to consider adding more delivery services or better to have a better possible solution on delivery concerns.

UPDATE: Just received the delivery at exactly 2: 43 PM.
The delivery guy was extremely apologetic.

This pharmacy is full of active and knowledgeable staffs. They can handle each customers with good service even if they too much busy on serving other customers.

The pharmacist counter lady attitude has some kind of power trip with how she deals with her customers as the pharmacy in reef mall has this strip line stuck to the floor and kept on badgering me to stand behind the line along with another male staff member as well was saying the same thing and I was the only one in the pharmacy. The counter lady is fully uniformed with surgical head gear, mask and face shield along with full medical wear and is however unable to listen to the customers request on different choice of medicines they need for themselves and just straight up shoves them in the bags disregarding what type of medicine they need or require. I do not understand why such staff are being allowed to perform or function in such an environment if they cannot listen to customers request of medicine products, how are they able to function in a pharmacy then
