Very very bad experience from the team I had visited the doctor on 6th have not received my medicine they keep telling me my insurance team is not approving but when I contacted the insurance team they have already approved really disappointed

Medicines provided had very short expiry date and when I checked the date of manufacture then it was 2020. It means very old manufactured medicines are kept at the shelf. However, staff was very helpful, soft and proactive.
PROFFESTIONAL STAFF WITH NO MANNER AT ALL. First they told me to show them insurance card!? Insurance are linked to emirates ID and provided ID with out doing any thing thet spoke to each by thier own language and a few second, the girl asked me go back to the doctor change the prescription. And the second medicine not avialble in the market what a shame! To treat your customers in a such manner. . Irony this was not first time I visited all previous times things were smooth they never asked me insurance card I provided them emirates ID all was smooth.
They forgot that there several pharmacy just across.
I hope the managment reads this and train their staff in basic service and hotlw to interact with customers!
