This pharmacy provides the best service in business bay and will always take care if the customer and what they need. Also this is the best pharmacy who provides emergency delivery where and when required

I would definitely do NOT recommend this pharmacy.
I went there just to buy a cream they loaded me with couple creams I didn’t even needed it, after I left I realized they charged me 300 AED.
Felt like I was rubbed considering I didn’t need all these creams. They just force you to buy things you don’t need.

It may be a great pharmacy to visit, but don't bank on any delivery from them. They Never answer the calls. Never.

I called the pharmacy to buy paracetamol drops for my 2 months old baby. They promised to deliver the medicine in one hour. I live in the building very next to the pharmacy. I waited one hour and called them to check on the status. The lady who answered the call promised she will call back after checking with the rider. I never got a call back. 2 hours passed by and when I called, the lady who answered my call was so arrogant and told me it will be delivered whenever the rider is free.she was super arrogant and very bad at communicating with people. Very very bad experience.

Looks like it's true. Just tried to call the branch at Business Bay, and the line got cut. I called twice.

She changed the moisturising cream to medicine cream which did not worked at all. The cost of the cream is 117 AED.

They never pick up our calls. What's the point of having telephone? If you have messenger pigeons let us know maybe then we can contact you that way. You don't deserve 1 star honestly.

I have been trying to get in touch with the pharmacy but they are not picking up. CAN ASTER HELP ME OUT?
