I've encountered the worst service from Aster twice. I ordered my prescription around 8: 30 pm through the Aster app, and it was delivered around 12: 30 pm, Don't you ever consider customer convenience? Despite the advertised 90-minute promise. When I contacted the contact center, they mentioned it was initially assigned to one pharmacy and then transferred to another. Additionally, one of your pharmacists provided a fake reason for the delay, stating it was due to the insurance provider, even though it was already approved. I'm disappointed with Aster's service, especially since this is the second time this has happened to me. Can you address this issue and take action accordingly?

I dont have words how to thank you Cristhel. She is very good in customer service, very friendly help me to get my medicines and follow up with Amber to get my ERx no. Once again Thank you very much Aster Pharmacy to having Pro Staff like Cristhel. Wishing you good future ahead Cristhel.

Just recently got very bad experience in this branch. Was charged twice in my account due to card machine problem but was still asked to pay cash as delivery guy insist payment didnt go through. I reported immediately the same night I did the purchase and next day got confirmation that overpayment is confirmed and will take 7 days to process the refund. 1 week passed no refund received and was constantly following up. 20 days still no action and asked me to wait again another 10 days. Very very slow action and bad service! Didnt even offered any other option to settle the problem. Unfortunately, until now this issue is not resolve.
Will never buy again from this branch and will not recommend!

Queing is not implemented. I was standing on que next to be served but the attendant assisted an arabic person who did not que. Attendant was confronted why he served the arabic person, he did not explain but just ask what do i need. No explanation no apology given.

What a dedicative staffs! Amazing. I visited three times. All the times I got a best service from the staffs. Really good.
