This Aster facility at Al Qusais has some good doctors and is well maintained. I have been patient of Dr. Subramani Rajadurai since 2 years, he's a humble gentleman, with pleasant personality. He provides detailed guidance and makes me feel at ease.
They can be more efficient in their follow up process and the coordination between branches. I was told MRI results will be out in 2/3 days, but even after a week i had to chase the call centres for my reports. Once i raised the concern they sent it within a day.
I did not give 5 stars majorly due to unpleasant experience with a Reception staff, a lean guy with a light moustache (he was not wearing his name badge so i am not sure of his name). This guy who seems to be relatively new at the facility, needs to be trained on soft skills and lacks mannerisms. I mention him after two times of unpleasant experience.

He is a very good doctor who understands his patients' issues, does accurate diagnosis and uses conventional treatment methodology for an effective recovery. He is very compassionate and clearly explains to his patients on the root cause of the problem and the most appropriate treatment for eradication of the same. Professionals working for long hours in the system and facing any sort of neck pain, muscle spasm and stiffness are highly recommended to visit him for immediate relief!

Did MRI on 22nd.told report will come after 2 3 days Dr will call. Noone bothered to call me until I called and asked about my report. The clinic where I did MRI told they send report to Dr on 23rd. Now got a call from clinic saying report not ready. R u ppl really playing.

I was so happy meeting orthopedic Dr subramani, he was so humble and kind treating us, he greeted and gave a nice treatment, I wil rate more than 10 for the Dr, but I felt bad in the counter staff (I don't like to mention the name even I know) as they were not humble or helpful and the tone of their voice was like ordering the pts, and I observed many things where they were busy in Phones and group discussion Instead of guiding or assisting the pt where a pt was walking in pain with support tools, they made him walk here and thr which wasn't the way the pt shud be treated.
Easy to reach, has a spacious parking front and side. Their system is very organized, by tokens and everything runs super smooth. Doctors are professional and well prepared. Recommend

Very bad experience! We went to check any fracture happened to my kid's palm while playing. After consulation, doctor told us to wait outside for 10 mins and Nurse called after one hour for X-Ray. We waited for 3 hours in the clinic with crying kid. There were less than 10 patients and we thought what would happen if more patients come to this clinic. Nurses are not professional and testing our patience.
Dr. Kirti Mohan came as a blessing in disguise, I've been suffering from disc bulge since the last one year and I was having back pain and leg pain, I visited 4 to 5 different doctors who prescribed different medications which did not make any change, How ever Dr. Kirti treated me so well in different stages emotionally as well as physically just in 2 weeks I feel a great change and improvement with a little medication and physio therapy. Thank you Dr.kirti for your great care and concern. One word for you, You gave me "Jadoo ki jhapi".

Best doctor for alllll ur bone related problem. My friend infant child had a minor bone fracture and all the doctor after seeing the gold card for Insuarnce kept insisting for surgery. We were so reluctant as how would a infant bear the pain and then someone recommended Dr. Kirti from this al Qusais center. He was so good and great in his knowledge and work that he made sure the infant get the best of the medication without going through the operation. We are still so great full to him. For all the orthopedic problem visit Dr.kirti, you will never regret and look for second opinion.
Dr. Kirti Mohan is the best ortho doctor in town. Been to many orthos is Dubai but only Dr. Kirti was able to treat by years old backpain. I am absolutely doing fine now. Highly recommended!
DR’s are good but timing and schedule is very bad my token said 0 patients waiting and I had to wait. 30 mins later they told me there are still two more patients going before you and it’s been over an hour

I had wonderful experience with the doctor but followup its really bad after 3 days of my consultation i didn't get the call for the physiotherapy from the team rather i got customer review call and complaint about this still no update even call center also no information about this

What i can mainly say is How i was treated as a Family starting with Dr. Prem Charles who is my Attending Surgeon (Amazing Doctor). His full team from the Ortho Clinic Ms. Ani and Ms. Soumya. To the Team in the Surgery and from Nadeem Gafoor in the Physiotherapy Who is really on Full support at any time on the recovery. It was on the 24th September 2019 that my ACL Surgery was done and i purposely delayed my review especially to see my progress on the first month. What i can say is as early as the 3rd week, i have a great extension and flexion on the knee.i Have a Normal Walking stance. Cant ask for more on the very professional service i had.plus seeing Great and Fast results, this is the best decision i made selecting the Clinic. Now with the continous work with Nadeem and full monitoring from Dr. Charles and his team, 100% my recovery will be a Success.

One of the best Orthopaedic Clinic in Dubai! The treatment standard is excellent and Dr Prem is one of the best doctor, I have ever visited. He understands and explains to his patients about their existing condition, precautions that they should take and the treatment methods that he would follow. He is cool and composed. He is a very Good Doctor! Infact, Aster ASOP has a team of good professionals! How can we forget to mention Physiotherapist, Esther Roberts. Her expertise on her subject is the basic mantra to relieve the patients of their pain. She is a true healthcare professional! She's got a healing touch. Her treatment includes not just the conventional ultra sonography and electrical simulations but she practices dry needling, mobilization, exercises clubbed with the normal sono and electrical simulations. If you want to get WELL SOON, you must take her slots (though it could be late nights but that's because SHE IS IN DEMAND!)

I am amazed by the passionate team committed to treat on orthopaedic related illness. I still remember the day (13- June- 2019) we met the Dr. Prem. My wife can’t walk, she was on wheel chair, we were very anxious on when she can walk properly. Dr examined thoroughly and explained the treatment plan and gave an approximate date on which she can walk properly.
She undergone successful ACL reconstruction surgery and on next day itself she was able to walk with the help of crutches. Then we continue our physiotherapy under guidance of Ashley. She is understanding but strict on the plan required for good recovery after ACL.
Now, we are back to our normal life, thank you Dr Prem, Ashley and Aster team for helping my family. We are fully satisfied with your service.
Very good professional experience with doctor kirthi mohan Maria, he explains the issue very clearly and the possible remedy in a way it won't make you feel embarrassed about the situation. Getting cured may not always with a medicine most times it's the doctor words which gives the confidence and I felt the same when I met him for a second opinion for a fracture.
It was overall bad experience at both aster clinic. They donot follow timing and staffs are extremely unfriendly with the patients. The whole proceas takes a lot of time and there is no proper guidance on further step of consultation or how long does it take to complete your visit. I suggest aster managemnt to improve the service and work on patient relationship as this would otherwise affect the clinic image badly.
