Very bad experience today in the aster clinic center in international city Union co-op branch. I wanted a sick leave for the next day bcoz I had a fever. It was 2.30pm.and this receptionist put today (Same day). Not the next day. And when I asked to change it. They said they cannot do that. I paid 84dhs for nothing. Such a bad behaviour from that receptionist also. Worst experience I had.

I won't to thank all the staff in the beginning and a special one to the great doctor UZMA MEHRAJ for her special treatment and support and for the happiness she applied to my life when I depend on her solving my health problems
Another special thank to the nurse Shyine Raj for his great job with the lab staff
And nurse jasmine Joseph she is the best to give injection I ever seen
Lastly the receptions staff for ther great efforts specially Sarah, she is very cooperative and given continously supporting for all the patients so you feel happy even there is pain

Dr. Koshish has shown a very professional approach. Has listened to my needs very well by given a space to express all my concerns. He has provided me with all necessary information related to my injury to get me involved in the healing process. Very professional and well recommended if you are seeking a Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon.

DR. KOSHISH SHAH (Orthopedic) - he listens carefully about the pain we have and efficient in diagnosis along on further treatments. Very polite and a down to earth personality.
Sis Raghi was very friendly and helpful.
Physiotherapist - Ms Dilna is really polite and understand the problems and performs her duty very well.
Overall all are very supportive and excellent team, kudos and all the very best to keep this tempo ahead.

Excellent service provided in Aster clinic, Pavilion Mall. The nurses are really caring and helpful. The receptionists are very friendly and solves all your quires. Easily appointments are booked and the doctors are excellent. Their services has always made me feel better.

Previously had good opinion about this Aster clinic (with Orthopaedic doctor Kosish shah) but completely upset with my recent visit on 29th Aug'22 and the medical procedure with Dr. Sarwat Nasreen (Dermatologist). Very lethargic/poor response to queries and not to mention the medical proceedure itself was not satisfactory.

I have called Aster call center and asked if my insurance is covered. Answer was yes with appointment. Surprised after reaching to the aster international city on time that my insurance is not accepted. Time wasted. No professional approach.

Had a minor injury on my right foot and due the non availability of the regular
dermatologist on my 3rd day treatment i was treated by doctor Koshish Shah. He was very calm and did the treatment by himself, changed my wounds dressing, cleaned my wound, totally excellent. Even him being a orthopedics he took interest to treat me until my wound was fully healed. I thank him for all his great interest taken towards my treatment. On the other hand Ms. Sarah, from international city Aster clinic was always vigilant and assisted all the people near the counter and assisting them with their appointment. Its truly great for people as such to work there. Finally not to forget the nurses almost all of them were very concerned and very keen with my improvements.

This is the right place to be treated incase required.

Good service. The reception was prompt, kept well informed and helpful with the complications from the insurance. Staff seem professional.

Came in for a rapid covid test for travel. They offered a deal to get a free blood check with it as well which was nice. The service was amazing. Sarah was super helpful and amazingly nice. She made the hole experience easy and fast. Would definitely recommend Aster clinic for this service.

Worst service ever.
They can't even provide a x ray report within a day.
For me, they took. 2 days and 1 hr of waiting there only for x ray reports.
Number of staffs are less,
One staff is covering nursing assessment area and lab,
One staff is in nursing station and appointment area.
So much waiting time during this pandemic.

Dr. Uzma Mehraj.general physician.is adorable one in Aster Union Coop in International City.my sister had visited last thursday 121120.she was in sever lower abdominal pain. Urgently Dr. Uzma handled my sister situation.she talked herself with radiologist to make sure for immediate scaning. Such kind of her attitude helped us to believe in Aster reliability. Not only she has treated my sister as Doctor but counselled as good human being. I appreciate her for adorable Doctor who is not only doing duty but serving people or patients in right way. We wish all Doctors should be like Uzma.kind n bold. God bless u.

Doctors are good but the reception staff needs to be professional. Had to wait for long hours even after booking.

I am consulting with Dr. Jimmy Joseph - (Specialist Internal Medicine). He has good experience and very friendly and advising like elder brother.
Nurses and Receptionists are very helpful, friendly and good mannered.

I had consultation with Dr. Jimmy Joseph - General Physician yesterday (11.08.2020) for my diabetic and general health condition, who had given needful advice about to care of my health and adequate prescription. I am entirely satisfied with his treatment. Also, it is highly appreciable to pick up the medication which will cure the patient as fast as possible that I felt from my intake of the dose of medicine.

Moreover, all the staff both technical and academic are behaving so pleasant and cooperative and whence the lab test reports are ready they are calling the patients to collect and consult with the concerned doctor such type of practice undoubtedly pleasurable to us.

I never see like that people they dont care about the pation I have tooth pain so I called first and I check if I can go and I have apoyment they said yes you can go when I went they said no.they should be very clear for the information so we can use our time properly. The one in Russian cluster

Even though I had some bad experiences with this clinic some time before, I had to take my wife for gynecology consultation as in this current situation
I found going here would be better as it is very close to where I live and this time surprisingly the front office staff especial Ms. Shilpa found to be very pleasing and enthusiastic, her timely action made our visit easy and comfortable, so that we was able to consult two doctors, did various other tests and scanning on the same day.

One of the worst clinic I visited in my life which is spoiling name of Aster.
All staff is incompetent except doctors.
Strongly appeal to Management, please bring bit professional and competent stuff.

There is no option for Zero rating to choose otherwise I go to that.

Aster has become so worst and business center that second time I encountered inexperienced and unprofessional way of diagnosing a patient. Consulted Dr. Anuradha Gunasekhran - Pediatrician on Friday 21.02.2020 for my 2year old daughter and diagnosed wrongly and given medicine for a different disease. Came to know that prescribed medicine had steroid. I didn’t have any other option to go to our regular clinic as Doctor was not available.
Lucky that next day we consulted our regular doctor and diagnosed properly.
If I had the option to give 0 rating I could have done that. Please request not to visit Aster as they play with people’s lives and look on only making money. It’s totally a business center.

Clinic is in very nice location and less crowded then aster other clinic in international city. Only problem is too much waiting time at payment counters. Management should have two persons at payment counter during peak hours i.e after 5pm.

Had really bad experience with gynecologist, she and receptionist was simply telling that they are trying to help me with insurance request process. Doctor doesn’t know the reasons for the tests. Really shameful. However the output was a zero and i did complain in customer care too, they just ignored my requests.

Very Bad Services, i call more than 10 time and each time someone answer and hang up very bad customer services

No answer on the telephone, other branches reroute calls to a phone which nobody answers, how do such business sustain or even allowed to practice.

I came at 12: 01 pm.
Approached receiption.asked for the doctor.provided all required details.after that another guy approached for same doctor in different counter. I was stunned even after he faced more questions and didn't have appointment, he got the serial before me just because of the slowness of my attendee.
I have been waiting here for more than 2 hours.and that lucky guy left doctors room 30min ago and doctor has called him 50min ago.
I was informed it might take 1 hour max. But more than 2 hours.no way.
I have no complaints against doctors they are good enough, but pathetic management.

Helpful bunch of people sitting in the Front desk, in-spite of the pressure, I believe I've met the best clinic and the best CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you so much ASTER for this and expecting the same in their other branches also.good luck guys. Keep up the Spirit. Keep Smiling.:)

This clinic hardly answers the phone. They need to be called 10 times before they answer and mostly don't answer. I see there are many reviews stating that these guys don't answer the phone. Yet Aster is not doing anything coz they are busy in minting money.

Very good service, all staff and doctors.customer service team best.very professional and minimized talking.very good service.

The girl one who sitting in the billing no name plate the attitude is very arrogant and not suitable for customer service.

I would say aster is not like it used to be, staff treats people like hell,
never respond calls, they response mostly the same nationality kerela people are their first priority and never respect others

So allow me to share my heart warming experience for 10th time.

The only reason I do visit this clinic is because it's close to my place otherwise there is no way in hell I would recommend anyone to visit this place. On 17th June 2019 at 1610 PM I visited this place and it was really quiet and no one was around guess what included includes the reception and the staff after waiting for 9 minutes one of the cleaners noticed me and called in some who came yawning mostly cause I've disturbed his afternoon nap. I told the gentleman that I have poking pain in my heel and there is a glass shard the went in and I am not able to remove it and the blood keeps running every time I walk, guess what the receptionist was so professional that he diagnosed me without looking and with calling a nurse and told to go to a hospital since they don't have an orthopedic? ! I did thank the gentleman and asked if he can get a second opinion from a nurse then he goes inside and comes out with the answer that I better go to a hospital. Wow Aster just wow

It was really really really disappointed. From A to Z, every thing was so bad
Starting from the reception, nurse and doctor

If really your caring about your business
So either you close this clinic or change them all
It is just advice, up to you if you want ti listen or no
It will not affect me as I will never go there again, also I will advise anyone who will ask me no to visit this clinic

By the way, I paid 35 dh at the clinic for consultation but I didn’t take the medication and the injection as the nurse was so Arrogant, Rude and impolite
Also the doctor are so dirty (his nails, ears and clothes are dirty)

Bad service from the reception, using mobile and working on it.these girls don't bother about the patients feelings.

Long Delays even you take Appointment.

They send more walkin patients than the ones with appointments.

Had a very bad experience.for them emergency means the patient has to be dead or they will ask to wait until you are dead.i had a severe abdominal pain and was taken to this clinic and they have asked me to wait and we waited for more than 15 min and then literally screamed as i was unable to bear the pain.the people around me were so angry on them and were requesting to consider me on a priority basis, then they considered me with a word "sorry" and I was diagnosed with a major problem when I was further taken to Aster hospital. I was a regular patient of the gynec there and every time I have one or the other bad experiences from the receptionist guys. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

I went once to this clinic. Staffs are very supportive. Place is easily accessible.

The only problem I had is very long weighing time. Better book your appointment and visit.

Horrible experience, one of the patethic clinic of aster i have been too. Had to visit 6 times for a normal blood and urine test for my husband who is diabetic and a cardiac patient. Reception guys are more like a robot then human. They just keep reading system and dnt take efforts to even understand the challenge faced by patients. Above all the insurance co-ordinator is so annoying, he doesnt take efforts even to check with doctor or insurance guys. Clear gap of communication can be seen between Cardiologist doctor and staff. Will not suggest any cardiac patient to visit this center wl bring in more pain n not cure.
