I highly recommend this Aston Cargo as we shipped our apartment and got it delivered. There was slight delay but we understand the circumstance in Pakistan so overall the service was perfect, online updates are there and the team is really professional. 10/10

So everyone, this one is not at all an authentic cargo service. I sent the stuff with them, and they told me that they will nicely pack my stuff and will send me all the stuff details in a very professional way. But it didn't happen like that. They took my stuff from my home because they were saying that they would pack it all in their cargo area and will send me the details. But they just sent me an audio message that your stuff are in 5 packages and they charged me extra for my fridge tv and microwave because they said they would pack them in separate safe packing. So two things happened, one of my fridge reached in very bad condition and with dents on it. And in 5 boxes, i received two, one time, and 2 another time within 4 months. The 5th pacakge I was calling and for 2 months they were saying its at karachi port stucked and then after 6 months from the time of my cargo delivery they completely denied and said there waa no 5th package. And I lost my 5th package because of them. I am going soon to file an official complaint against them, but please, you guys becareful with them and don't send anything by them as a cargo.

Very slow services via sea from 30 April 2023 until now 6 jun 2023 I don't recive my cargo parcel I m very angry no customer services for listen our complaints this is the bad thing of this cargo service I m very disappointed

Very bad experience, initially they were very nice but later they deviated from their commitment, in short they aren't reliable. For all people don't get deceive by their sweet tongue. Actually they are fraudulent.i have lost my my money and consignment too.moreover they don't exist on ground, but only on maps.

I recommend using Aston Cargo Services for all your book deliveries as they are dependable, fast and provide professional service.

I highly recommend their service for all types of deliveries, as my experience with them was impressive when I used their service to deliver a 40-inch LED TV. The packaging was done correctly, ensuring safe and secure transportation.

Worst service I’ve ever used for anything ever.

When I first reached out to Aston, they asked for photos of my stuff. I sent them everything and they gave me a quote of 6,000 dirhams. Then they came for a survey and changed it to 8,000. On the day of packing, they stuck me with a bill of 12,000. I felt like they sprung it on me after everything was packed and didn’t have a choice.

During the whole shipping time, I got no updates. I had to follow up every now and then and they’d say, yeah, it’s on the way. The finally time I asked, they said it would’ve arrive in a few days. If I hadn’t asked, would they have told me when the stuff was there? Highly irregular.

When my stuff arrived back home, I was still in Dubai because flights were banned. So my family received the boxes and just put them away. I asked them to take photos of any visible damage to the boxes. There was a fair bit. Nearly half of the 3 dozen boxes were damaged in some shape or form.

Finally, a month or so later, flights opened and I got back home. Started opening boxes to unpack and I was shocked by the extend of the damage.

Nearly 80% of my furniture was damaged. About 30% was irreparably damaged and completely broken.

The boxes seemed like they were opened at some point after the initial packing and some stuff of the was straight up missing.

Upon discovering this, I spoke to the person who had arranged everything for me. They refused to do anything because I took too long to get in touch with them.

I told him that I wasn’t even home to inspect the goods. I was stuck in Dubai. How could I let him know about the damage earlier? He was adamant that it was my fault and that nothing was possible.

Given that the world is going through a global pandemic, Aston took advantage of me and then left me hung out to dry.

In summary;
- Kept changing quote and overcharged me
- Broke most of my furniture
- Some of my electronics never arrived
- Gave me no refund or compensation

Edit:

They destroyed my stuff worth thousands of dirhams and even more stuff that so never got and now they’re calling these childish tactics and claiming that I damaged this stuff.

Also, they said they are not responsible for any damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery. Flights were blocked for over a month and I couldn’t even get back home to receive or inspect my stuff.

Truly remarkable customer service.

Really it's great cargo service I have ever use in Dubai. Operation and other staff were really friendly and very cooperative. I will sujjest all of you to use Aston Express Cargo Service for your items.

Shipped my household goods on 20 June 2019. Just received this afternoon. Happy to use their service.
