The reception guy was very rude He didn't know how to talk and how to behave with their guests They need some training
Overall was okay

Ideal palace, very clean, very very frendly staff, every thing is on walking distance. I stay every time in this hotel

I was stayed in this hotel for 1 day. That experience was horrible. Wifi not working I was complain many times but no body come. Cleaniness was too bad that blanket was dirty.
I'm not recommend.

If you are traveling on a business trip and all you are doing is shopping for your goods to be shipped back to your country this is the place to stay. So close to the awesome wholesale shopping areas this is the place to stay. It’s cheap and definitely the best in the budget area. I would recommend anyone to stay here if they are looking for a budget option while doing business.

There is no individual ironing board, hair dryer and cup board hangers and bathroom chappals and service is also not satisfactory even I saw before 2011.

The shower was completely broken. No pressure in the water. Always hot water no cold water. Did not feel like im taking a shower in Hotel. Bad experience.

Someone I knew worked here for over 30 years. Just this last year, the managers haven't paid his salary, his residency visa and ticket home.

Location OK. But seen like this hotel 99% service Indian only. Breakfast only Indian food. And the night club very lound. We can't sleep until 3am in the morning. Hotel old, size of the room OK. But can hear xx sound from your neighbour's. Hehe

Great food. Ambience is not that great. Not recommended for families as there are pubs right in front of the hotel.

Very old hotel established over 40 years ago now owned by Sindhi's of Mumbai, reasonable facilities considering the years that have by gone, no opulence or class fixtures, but a decent middle end hotel. Has dance bars, live shows, billiard table, hookah, pub with quality drinks, belly dance for a 50 AED entrance fee which fetches you a drink free as well. African bouncers are watching!

Well! The music was ok. But it was too crowded and there isn't enough space to even walk or sit and have a drink. You can find many drinks while entry you'll get a complimentary drink. For rest of the drinks, you have to pay.

It's a very reasonable hotel, staff is decent. Hotel badly needs renovation and pest control! There are Cockroaches in every room. And bathrooms stink!

Good budget hotel. Needs refurbishing. Great location in downtown, close to market and old Dubai. Bar is good with lot of girls to pick up if you are that inclined.
