Visit it without staying there. Everything seems top notch. I've been to the aquarium and it's beautiful.

We were there exactly a month ago. There are no words. Everything is great. The rooms are clean, the service is excellent. The doctor was called to the room at 2 am when she was sick. The food is great.

I enjoyed staying there. Was expensive, but worth it! Could be more entertainments- in the swimming pool. Was a lack of it. Good excellent! Service 5

Everything about this hotel is AMAZING! From the kind and polite staff who always go out of their way to help you, to the beautiful food and the stunning rooms- we absolutely LOVED our stay! We stayed for 12 nights and wanted to stay longer it was that good. A special thank you to Mint at reception for being so helpful always, the staff in The Shore and Edge and the professional and kind managers- you are all wonderful. Opposite the sea, when you come here, the staff will park your car for you and you will be able to visit a variety of free aquariums as well as many shops for you to choose from

Used water park facilities was told by Emirates we would receive a discount if we showed our boarding passes, we showed these and then were asked for passports, why would we bring passports or anyone else have our boarding passes, ridiculous place tbh

It was incredible to stay at Atlantis the palm in Dubai, in addition to the many benefits as guests, we can enjoy a lot of luxury and comfort.
We could enjoy the water park and the aquarium without paying anything extra for it, and we had access to everything at the Resort.
The breakfast exceeds all, I said ALL, expectations, it is spectacular, a rich variety of things that cater to different nationalities, everything is delicious! The restaurants there are wonderful, in particular there is En Fuego, an incredible Latin American restaurant, which we loved visiting, different attractions and shows, good and excellent quality food, we loved it.

I picked up a rental car here, rented through Europcar. There is no rental car counter in the traditional sense, you have to ask through to the concierge area in the lobby. There, the formalities are carried out relatively quickly, and the car is then handed over at the hotel entrance. Delivery is also at the hotel entrance via the Vallet Service, where you also get a ticket, which you then hand in at the concierge desk.

Everything is wonderful.
It has a lot of swimming pools, beach, resturent and most importantly is the aquavinture Waterpark.

Exceptional Service and Memorable Stay

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at the Atlantis Palm Hotel, and despite some initial hiccups, our overall experience was truly remarkable. The property is luxurious, with impressive facilities and amenities that are unparalleled.

However, what truly made our stay special was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. In particular, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Sheila and Don from the Imperial Club, who went above and beyond to address and resolve a room allocation issue we encountered upon our arrival. Their professional approach and commitment to excellent customer service turned an initially disappointing experience into a memorable and enjoyable stay.

In addition, we would like to commend the housekeeping team for maintaining our room impeccably clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Their hard work and dedication significantly contributed to our overall positive experience.

The entire team at the Atlantis Palm Hotel provided us with a level of care and attention that made us feel truly valued. Despite some initial challenges, their dedication to guest satisfaction assured us that we made the right choice in choosing this hotel.

We are already looking forward to our next visit. The Atlantis Palm Hotel is a testament to luxury hospitality, and we would recommend it to anyone seeking a truly unique and high-quality stay in Dubai.

What I liked:
1. I was grateful for the meticulous care that allowed me to use the lounge after playing in the water.

What was inconvenient:
1. I arrived at 5pm, but the room was not ready. I requested for a 2 hour late check out but was denied.
2. Breakfast (Kaleidoscope) was a lot of family travel, so it was very cluttered overall, and there wasn't much to eat.
3. There were a lot of people even though it was off-season. The staff were friendly but seemed unable to handle the crowds that flocked to the hotel. Valet and luggage service was not smooth.
4. Even the Executive Lounge itself was overcrowded. There was no place to sit.
5. The room was clean, but the service was poor compared to the price of the hotel. I can't help but smell it.

It was the most messy hotel I stayed in in the UAE for 2 weeks, and this is a hotel I don't want to go back to.

One thinking is wrong at time of checking thay charge AED 1000 as a security deposit but at the time of checkout they inform us our return policy take 15 days they have to inform everyone at the time of check-in time hidden policy is not good for any organisation

I had the worth experience, I came to visit my son who is staying at the hotel, security refused my digital ID to receive a visitor ID to the room. The visit was for 30 minutes to give my grand daughter her gift, we stayed 15 minutes waiting for security to approve, and finally they regretted.

Sorry to write here but I was not a guest inside the Palm but I felt from outside how there customer must be enjoying. Its a world class infrastructure and I hope that one day I will also be a guest to Atlantis the Palm:)

Our stay at Atlantis, The Palm Hotel was AGAIN a pure pleasure. Service is excellent. Everything is so beautiful and clean. No matter what your wishes are, they will be fulfilled. Gilan from housekeeping was always making sure our Room is excellent and Mohammed from the staff was so lovely when making up the room, we always came back to little surprises. We will always come back with the best expectations

Atlantis The Palm is an amazing resort. We had a great time. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a large variety of foods and drinks. The staff is very helpful and professional. The restaurants at the resort are outstanding. The Aquarium is beautiful and the water park is a lot of fun. We will be going back!

Very bad method on having a guarantee payment with a very high amount and that guarantee for preventing ordering from the guest side and missing payment, this issue is very very disturbing and not acceptable from many guests but staff informing you that its a must to be paid

The Atlantis Hotel is great. The staff here are very warm and friendly. You can go to the water park and aquarium for free when you check in the hotel. If you don't check out, you still have a chance to go again. If you want to pay 50 AEDafter checking out during check-in, the on-site tour bus can take you to the water park, and the hotel swimming pool can bask in the sun. The shopping mall in the hotel is also very good. I like the breakfast here, the saffron restaurant, which has a variety of food options from different countries. Panoramic photos of the whole hotel can be taken in the swimming pool, and the night view of the hotel building can be seen on the beach at night. On the beach, hotel staff can help find a location, lay blankets, take towels, and order some drinks. If you come to Dubai, you must come to Atlantis.

Worst experience in this so called iconic hotel here in Dubai. Drilling next to our room going on since 11AM and lasted till 6PM. No information was given to us. Management did absolutely nothing helpful. And clearly did not care about customer satisfaction. Staycation ruined.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. It was clean the rooms were comfortable there were multiple restaurants and bars to enjoy as well as a private beach. The waterpark is an added bonus

Hotel facilities and environment is incredible.you need min 2 day to enjoy everything.the aquaventure water park is amaaazing! It suite all family members and it requires one free day to pass around it

Although an less satisfying with customer service, i was waiting tell almost 4 tell I received the regal suite but it was in low floor, i was expecting to have it in high floor, although they was cooperative and helpful to change it to me
I also request a birthday arrangement when i did the booking, i remind them in check and at 8 pm but nothing shows

It was a very luxurious stay at the hotel. To be very Frank i liked this place more than Burj Al Arab because here the multiple ambiences are offered.

Amazing as always, but false advertising for what a balcony is…some are normal but you may be unlucky to get one you can barely stand on. Check in advance with hotel directly

One of the perfect another example for modern architect and going to be an iconic in Palm Jumeirah as well as Dubai!

We supplied Portable Toilets for the site. Amazing project. Wonderful team.great view. I am sure this will be not only an iconic building but also the prestigious eye catcher of all in Dubai.

Upcoming hotel and resorts next to atlantis which has a great view of complete skyline of dubai. You can see from burj Khalifa to the jebel Ali port. With around 100+ swimming pools this is surely a place to look out. Better book a home in Level 36 of residential tower. You will have a great view.

Thank you Charles and Krishna (staff of Atlantis) to upgrade us to a royal suite for 2 nights, the experience was unbelievable and the resort itself is the best, no need to say it everyone knows it's the best!

Great location. Looks good, but you cant access the facility unless you have a booking. One would think youncould just visit for a coffee but no!

The Aquarium has one very large and other smaller fish ponds. Approx 1 hour is sufficient. The water park has many rides and takes lot of time. Lockers are not easy to get and small. Full day engagement.

Atlantis, The Palm is a result of a great imagination and dedication for converting imaginations to a reality. The area is also developed nicely having luxurious villas, buildings, shops, Hotels and what not?
The big Aquarium is not only beautiful but also have all popular verities of Fishes including sharks, it's a must visit place. If one cannot afford to go underwater, at least he/she can watch the Aquarium.
I would recommend to ride on Monorail to see the beautiful surroundings.go to the beach or walk on the road around the sea. Go to the Aqua venture water park and enjoy high straight slide.
Use parking at Hotel, it cost AED150 but if go to Aquarium (AED45 PP), it is free. Please do not forget to validate the parking ticket at counter where you purchase Tickets for Aquarium

One of of the most luxurious hotel on earth. The feel of awesomeness kisses you as soon as you enter the lobby. One must visit at least once if he is in Dubai.

I loved the beach and the fact that it is not too crowded. The room I had is not that fancy as I am expecting but it has a great view.

Aquaventure water park is a must visit when in Atlantis. Go during your birthday week and get a free complementary voucher to save $90. Take the digital photo ticket for an extra $15 to capture your best moments or carry an action camera to document your best moments. Remember to carry along a towel and slippers or you might have to pay through your nose to hire these. No need to rent a locker unless you have a lot of stuff on you. We left our bags (with our smartphones and wallets inside) on the beach chairs without any incident. Don't forget to try the Leap of Faith!

World class holiday for the family. The entire Team throughout our stay of 9 days was extremely professional and courteous. We are most definitely going back there. There friendliness cannot be matched.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over new year. We booked a room with access to the club lounge and the half board option allowing for discounts in the hotel restaurants which was great. We also attended the gala under the stars for New Year’s Eve which was the greatest new year we’ve ever had. The buffet was out of this world offering just about every cuisine you could think of and the fireworks beat any other we’ve ever seen. Beautiful hotel with great views all round and great amenities at the hotel. You could honestly spend 2 weeks without ever needing to leave the hotel.
