لم اسكن في الفندق ذهبت فقط لأشاهد التحفه المعماريه التي كانت من أروع مارأت عيني ولي عوده ان شاء الله وتجربة السكن فيه

Fantastic cost, breathtaking view, elegance over the top, thanks for the welcome. I also had fun in the Lungo Ling club with beautiful music.

Nothing really Royal about the stay. Every outlet wants to upsell you. You dont really see a point of staying in the hotel. There is an alarming lack of vegetarian options and the service was very weak. Also the water is brown?
You get a good room though but nothing royal about the interiors to justify the high price. The beach and sea views arent highlighted at all.
Oh and forget getting any special treatment if you’re here for any special occasion.

We had dinner by heston, the set menu. What an Amazing concept. Great storytelling through food you're in for. A treat throughout history in food and mind. And Hubert was fantastic!

A very disappointing experience today. It was our third visit here, and the first two were nice. Today we wanted to come for a coffee and sweets and were told there is a minimum consumption of 150 aed per person.
Why is it not written anywhere? Neither on the website or in reservation tool. Why have we not heard of it the first two times we came?
The lady who “welcomed” us couldn’t explain anything, she called her colleague who also couldn’t provide any information.
Very incompetent staff for such a hotel, what a shame!

Everyone here is amazing. From Nabil @ Nobu By The BEACH, Kyle from the Club Lounge, Karim from Reception, Beauty from the Dinner by Blumenthal, Arif from the Family Swimming pool area and Bran from Housekeeping. I cannot thank them enough for making our stay so personal and special. I cannot recommend these guys enough! I cannot wait to come back. Thank you everyone. Tariq

Tried to book a day bed for Friday just gone. On going to the website find one free, great. Get through to the pay screens on the SevenRooms site, great. Fill in all details. Great. Website crashes due to a coding error. Again and again. Send an email asking to get one booked. Response time - 25 hours. Yup - now that's 5 star service. Instead of fixing their site and apologising they now just send me cut and paste customer service emails. When Dubai works, it works. When it doesn't you get this.

The hotel has replied below with another cut and paste service reply without reading the contents of the complaint. I’ve just checked their booking site. They still have not fixed the problem for other customers.

"I recently used the lobby at Atlantis Royal for a business meeting and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed!

The vibe was awesome, the decor was super and the level of service from the staff was simply unparalleled. I've never experienced such impeccable service before. Even the valet was minimal waiting which was a huge plus.

I highly recommend Atlantis Royal for anyone looking for a great place to hold a meeting or event.

فندق جميل وحديث وتتوفر فيه العديد من المرافق ،،مستوي الغرف ممتاز ،،لوبي الفندق روعة ،،تتوفر فيه العديد من حمامات السباحة ،،أيضا يوجد به محلات للتسوق ،،مطعم الإفطار عجييب وروعة ويوفر العديد من المأكولات لغالبية المطاعم العالمية سوءا العربي او الفرنسي او الأسيوي ولكن للأسف غالبية الأوقات المطعم يكون مزحوم وتضطر للإنتظار من ٥ إلى ١٠ دقائق حتى تحصل على طاولة ،،من الناحية السلبية لم يعجبني الاستقبال حيث انني وصلت في الوقت المحدد للدخول ولكن لم يتم تسليمي الغرفة وذلك لعدم جاهزيتها وعند سؤالها كم تحتاج لتجهز قالت لاأعلم ولا أستطيع أن اخمن مما اضطرني لطلب المدير لحل المشكله. خلاصة القول ان الفندق يستحق التجربة لكونة جديد ويعيبة بعد المكان في آخر جزيرة النخله

This hotel absolutely blew my mind! The modern design and aesthetics of this place is just by far the best you will ever see.

Our honeymoon at this resort was an experience of a lifetime. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty by the friendly and attentive staff. The resort's pools and beaches were absolutely stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for our romantic getaway. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start our days.
The room was exceptional, with stunning decor and all the amenities we could ask for, including a breathtaking view of the ocean. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our honeymoon was everything we could have dreamed of and more. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable honeymoon experience. It truly exceeded all our expectations!

زرة دبي مع العائلة لقضاء فترة العيد ، واحببت ان ازور فندق اتلانتس رويال للغداء في مطعم اريانا ، بعد الانتهاء من الغدا مررت عند الاستقبال استقبلني شاب مغربي ذو اخلاق جميلة اخبرته اني احبب ان القي نظرة على احد الغرف للاحتفل بذكرى يوم الزواج ، فارسلني الى موظفة ، قالت لي نعتذر على عدم استقبالك وكانت نظرتها احتقارية لنا وكانها تقول لانستقبلكم المحل غير مناسب لكم. هذه النظرة ونبرة الصوت ، جعلتني اكره المرور للفندق مره اخرى ، الاحترام والتقدير من اهم الامور لكسب العملاء وليس الاحتقار والتكبر ،"

After paid got room card.nobody show us even half way that which elevator to take but just point it by hand.

View and room are stunning.check out was worse.we went to check out 11am almost waited half hour on queue (can't you just put more staff at Checkout/checkin time?)

finally it's our turn but the guy doesn't know how to do check out and refund deposit on card. He says he is new. (that excuse sounds very common. And why you let untrained staff to working? This is not the standard I expected for this hotel)

All services except housekeeping not good specially room dining service is bad and moreover at the time of checkin they placed spoiled food at my room and checking out process is too bad and late takes too much time hardly i caught my flight due to checking out and luggage place services.
Not ultra luxurious as they claim palazzo versace is far better then not recommended even they charged for welcome drink
Breakfast is too good one of the best i have seen atmosphere and service are too good but front desk donot have any knowledge of room dining intra department communication gap and overall they failed in services

الفندق رائع جدا وفوق الوصف النوافير والشلالات والمسابح جدا جميله
حجزت للقدوم في اليمنت كافيه بمبلغ 200 درهم للشخص لكن لم يتم توضيح مايحتوي عليه المنيو
لان اغلبه كحول وقليل من القهوه
من يريد ان يتجول بالفندق اتوقع مايحتاج حجز القو نظره عليه قبل الحجوزات

Just a short visit this time to take a look. The design is just stunning. The fountains are marvelous. The pools look fantastic, too. The service is just outstanding. You will see us soon for a real visit. Thank you for showing us around.

Fantastic Hotel. A lot of money has been put in to this place to make it the top of the list, prices are high so don't complain unless you can build the like for like & would charge less for your efforts.

Great hotel the best in dubai.
The restaurant and attractions in the hotel are very expensive. Much more expensive than outside of the hotel.
