I need to first state that, this is not a forced review. I am writing this out of my own personal experience at Audi Al Naboodah. The service is outstanding, Mr. Abdulla Ahmed Al Mamaari was the sales person assigned to me. I went into that showroom just to test drive the AUDI A4, but Mr. Abdulla as a sales person identified my core interest & went the extra mile to get me an AUDI S3 test drive. It matched my requriements & today after 15K happy kms clocked, i couldn't have asked for a better machine. I would like to thank AUDI Al Naboodah & Mr. Ahmed especially for making this an awesome customer experience!

I had the most amazing and easy experience with Audi Dubai showroom but i must admit it was mainly because Sonam Jeet Singh. This was my first ever car purchase and reception assigned Sonam to help me which i am really thankful for. He was the best sales rep because he understood my needs and instead of pushing the most expensive and irrelative models, he focused on what would be the best fit for me in regard of model, comfort and price. Organized test drives for different vehicles so i wouldn’t have any question marks. Once i decided, he helped and guide me through all the processes; paperwork, registration, loan, tinting. Made it really easy for me that i barely did anything after the deposit payment. He even did the all the necessary settings before delivering the car. I was surprised and very happy when car greeted me as “Welcome Nes” when i first step in. If you considering to buy an Audi, please ask for Sonam when you step in. You won’t regret:)

Great service. Bought a Q3 from Chris and everything went smooth, he then helped selling the car back later. Highly recommended

Entered the show room with the intention to buy. Waited for more than 25 minutes not one sales person bothered to assist me. One of them was on the phone chit chatting while I was waiting and I told the receptionist that I need help. Long story short waited and waited still no one bothered. So I left to another dealer and chose another car. Although I use to own an Audi and was looking forward to buying one but unfortunately the customer service was so bad I decided on another car where they respected my time and helped me out.

Had a good experience at Audi Pre-approved. Saw the car on a Thursday and got the car the next Friday! Thank you, Chris.

Audi Al Nabooda deserves nothing less than 5 stars. It was an amazing experience buying my car under the guidance Mr. Ralph, who’s a thorough professional. He helped me sail through the process and the delivery was sooner than expected. Hands down the best car buying experience till date.

I must say the way Mr. Sonamjeet Singh handled my car-buying process, was exceptional. He ensured that I got my car on the promised date. We’ve lived in Dubai for a decade and have bought 3 pre-owned Audis from Chris A. All cars have performed brilliantly and Chris and the sales and service staff have been good to us. The service center is like visiting a VIP lounge for a technology exhibit, too. Highly recommend.

Worst company i have ever worked with. No employee rights only favoritism works best here. Wasted 8yrs of my life here n not even a penny i got. Such a shameful act by Al Nabooda automobiles.

Following a recent visit re a leasing inquiry the sales guy was very rude, so left and crossed Audi off my list!

U go for an approved model to buy with clear intention to close the deal on spot then they say come later for a test drive on same day and 10 minutes before appointment it’s a message saying “Car Sold” not even an apology or a sorry or a resolution to keep you with the brand.

Certainly a big turn off and would never step in with such experience.

While I was looking to purchase an electric vehicle, Audi seemed to have one of the best options in the market. Our experience at Audi was fantastic and Mr. Sonamjeet Singh helped navigate us through the process as we sought to purchase our first SUV as a family. He was available to answer any questions we had and proactively provided us with suggestions to ensure we were able to select the right option for our needs.

Just a quick note to thank Audi management for hiring and retaining such professional sales team. My experience with Audi was amazing. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and patience of Mr. Abhi, who listened carefully to my requirements, he is very customer-centric and answered all my questions with big smile. I purchased my new car recently from the showroom. The service standards of the staff is worth a mention especially Arjun and Sonam Jeet. I would anytime pick Audi over bmw service levels….

The only dealership in Dubai that actually calls back. After arriving to them we had great experience with Sonamjeet, who patiently explained all the options and were digging into the list of available cars to find the right fit for us. I would say that he was the best sales man that I faced in Dubai while cruising between BMW, Merc, Porsche and Audi dealerships. Test drive also wasn’t an issue there (we drove q8). I am quite satisfied with the experience.

Believe it or not, if you want an AUDI need to beg a sales man form Alnaboudah Automobiles! I came twice but no luck!

Last night I visited Al Naboda Audi cars showroom located on Sheikh Zayed Road. Was amazing feeling to see the Emirates staff at sales counters. They looked attractive and were assisting people with special smile on their face. Now I'm definitely planning to purchase an Audi from Al Naboda!

This dealer isn’t giving this brand any justice here. They are always out of stocks for almost three years now and the markups they add on the car is unbelievably high! You end having low or no resale value after ownership

Sales people at al naboodah are so busy they dont bother to call customer back. I ended up buying a car from ALI & SONS. Amazing service and better price as well.

If you wish to buy! No one will come and assist you or give you advices. Audi should think to change this agent to better service

So bad that they hold porsche. They are bad working just for money. I think they get raise for how mach money they gain from customers. They talk you like a lawyer to not let you speak any more and shows that I’m wrong.

I went with my Family to check on a car but was suprised that none bothered to ask me what i was looking for or to assist me.

I was standing outside the show room, and noticed some people inside, but the doors were locked. There wasnt a sign or any notification that the show room was closed.

This is after my last visit when the sales guy was lying to me, that the car i came in to buy is never going to be sold here. Horrible service from the sales team, i guess the service center wont be any better.

A very well maintained place with equally professional staff. Mr Arjun, our sales representative was very efficient & explained us in detail about all the facts, before we chose our car. Glad to have chosen Al Naboodah Audi & a five star rating to Arjun for his professional service.

They aren't qualified enough to sell cars, they will treat you as a super market, go and pick the car you want and go to cashier to pay, no one will even give an attention to you, they don't care about showing you the vehicles or features, they will not even try to convince you to purchase! Very bad experience.

This showroom is a piece of art and something matchless in Dubai. It has two stories and vallet parking is available for all customers visiting the showroom. The new Audi Q 8 is a wonderful car and it looks very special. It is a bit overpriced though, around (359 AED) in the showroom price. It is almost same price for Q7 top specifications. The A8 car is above 400 AED and it is a wonderful and super car. It is very high standards and addressed to the elite personnel.
Other cars like Q5 is somehow affordable comparing to the above mentioned high class cars. Q3 and other Sedans are also less price but affordable.
All in all, Audi is a super class car with many attractive shapes and models beyond compare.

Not a welcoming service center, could do much more if they really pay attention to Customer Service.

Listen to customers, rather than just trying to just accept the car without understanding the complaint. When the service advisor can not deal with the issue, the easy solution is to push the customer to the service Manager, well that's not a solution that's just wasting the Managers time which then leads to more stress for the customers.

The turnaround time could be more efficient which would reduce congestion and reduce work load on the teams if planned well.
