I love the store, especially John that is working here. He helped me purchase some very nice microphone and they gave me a nice price that is very competitive in the market. Also, they help me fix an issue that I had with my set up even though I didn’t purchase it at their store.

They solved me everything to get the equipment I needed from one they to the other. I didn't need to move from my hotel room.

Very bad experience with this Sound Town Electronics!
They advertised a product on their website that they didn’t actually have, I purchased it and now they are refusing to give me a refund. They just emailed that product is out of stock and refund will be arranged at the earliest. Been chasing them for 3 weeks and no refund, also no communication from their side!
I can see from the reviews this has happened to other people so be careful with this seller!

Really bad after sales service. Despite promising delivery before certain time it was over two hours late causing us to cancel other plans. Driver also lied to my face telling multiple times he is 30mins away. Finally after sharing the location I could watch him to make other deliveries while I had to cancel earlier commitments. Avoid this shop.

Excellent music instruments shop. Neil is extremely helpful, they have more choice than most large shops in Dubai, including very niche products. (Only shop that sells Moog synths!)

Horrible experience. Do not order. Ordered a product and after claiming 2-3 days delivery didn’t get anything after two weeks. During that time I followed up with email (ignored) and multiple phone calls from my side - with no action. Finally had to demand a refund. Got no apology or any acknowledgment. Save your money and order from a legitimate store.

I bought the hp704 roland piano. Fast delivery, genuine product and no have faulty. It's a pity that they left the box without installing it. It would be nice if you could provide installation services. It took about an hour to install the digital piano.

My 1st time online purchase experience with this shop was not good. Product via online was available but when transaction completed they'll message you it's not. Waited for month for the product to come and they don't update you. I have to constantly ask to follow-up. Purchased a Fx6v3 mixer and rhode gold connector after a month received the mixer but the rhode connectors not around. (not sure when it's coming) Alternatively I have to give in to a cheap replacement they have available. Call or whats up them first or your gig suffers.
But the pro things i find 1) the product is good your 2) supportive guy Swapnil he'll help you at his level best.

I order and pay with tabby and costumer service said they didnt recieved the order but its deducted to my account already.

I purchased a DJ console from Sound Town and was told I could return it if it wasn't compatible with my software. Unfortunately it wasn't so I returned the device but was never issued a refund. The manager does not respond to my messages and now they have the device and my money. Very unethical practices here if you need to return something. I had to dispute the charge with my CC company. Be careful! They are nice until they have your money then don't care about customer service.
