The view from the mountain to the city is quite a challenge, but it's worth it. The waiter will bring everything you ask for. The sight and being in the water is an unforgettable experience. You book tickets online for the given hour. The hotel has direct access to the shopping center.

Visited Aura Skypool and was blown away! It me of the best place for sunrise and sunset for sure.

The modern, clean design, attentive staff, and breathtaking views create a luxurious oasis. The poolside bar, plush sinners, and well equipped fitness Centre add to the top notch amenities.

This place is a wow worthy escape, leaving me rejuvenated and utterly impressed. Kudos to Aura Skypool for a truly extraordinary experience

A very great experience! We had booked with a view of the marina, but due to the 360-degree infinity pool you can also enjoy the beautiful view of the other sights. Clearly my highlight!

I loved being able to swim around the whole pool, I was a bit concerned I would need to stay in the one area. The view points are absolutely spectacular and the time slot worked really well. Great experience, one I won't forget.

Absolutely not worth it if you go for the indoor lounge tickets. There weren't any tickets available for the pool so we got the indoor lounge ones hoping there would at least be a view and a nice place to drink coffee but it was terrible. We went in January when it's already cold but on top of that we were seated just in front of the door which was constantly opened by staff and customers, causing a huge draft, so we just froze there in constant draft. The food and coffee were really not good and there is absolutely no view at all from the table we were at. Unless you find tickets for the pool then I would absolutely not recommend.

What a fantastic view and feeling! The AURA Skypool Bar is really phenomenal. We enjoyed our afternoon session and will also return one day back. The music was great for this location. Service was also friendly.

Service is good but windy conditions made it impossible to sit and enjoy the view
When you have menu's towels and drinks flying into the pool from the wind and people asking for towels to warm up
Atrocious conditions yesterday it should have been cancelled not one single person said otherwise

I stayed at the St Regis next door to check this place out. Unfortunately because I don’t choose to live my life around Aura’s hours of operation I didn’t actually make it in. If you arrive at 12.30pm for example, the obnoxious guy at reception wanted anywhere between 250-400 AED for you to have a sun lounger (on a cloudy day) until 2pm lol. Otherwise you can come back at 3pm for their 3pm-7pm slot. What happens between 2pm and 3pm is anyones guess but they have to close up shop. Obviously not a place for residents of UAE but a biz run to cash in on tourist flow.

Yoga instructor was amazing. Best venue for yoga in the world. Would highly recommend, even as a newbie to yoga it didn’t feel off putting or intimidating. Have to try once

What a place, the day I had booked it rained and it made the climate all the more amazing the staff is awesome, a special member of the staff member named Shah Rukh, he greeted us with a smile was always ava9for everything and made us absolutely comfortable. Awesome place. You could see Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa and Palm, the Atlantis from different sides, breath taking is a understatement. Do visit. Pre book in advance as this place is alwsys fully occupied.

Been here 2 times already. Lovely staff and unbelievable scenery. It‘s a must visit for me during every dubai visit!

Very dissapointed with their policy and their management.
The reasson everybody visits this place is the view. Today the weather was very dusty and view was just nothing. I called them in order to change the date but was impossible. I received only negative replies from robots. I visited the place and the lounge was almost empty. So i am wondering why they could not change the date. Do they worry only about the money? !
I advice the visitors to book on same day after they see the wheather otherwise they may loose their money for nothing.
The policy of this facility should be more flexible.
The staff was perfect.

- Its not about company policy, it's about Dubai law.
In such a weather condition u can't expose people to danger and refuse to amend a booking. Especially nobody asked to return money. I just asked to change a date. Your line was super busy that day, probably many ppl wanted to do amends. Obviously, coz there was nothing to breath with, outside.
As per Decree-law No. 31/2021 "individuals who puts at risk themselves or others, might be fined or imprisoned". Your place put at risk many ppl that day. Half of them didn't come even with out booking amend. Coz health eventually mire important then money paid for a booking

Today I have a booking for the night swimming. I was trying to change reservation date, as per weather condition is very bad for the health to be outside.
The reservations told me that they are not doing and amends and everybody suppose to come who ever has reservation.
I believe there should be no right for organization to refuse for changes in the booking, when guest health is under risk.

We booked the night swim on Sunday and were very positively surprised. The view is of course the best thing about this location. The check-in, as well as the service, was very good. However, since almost all beds were occupied that evening, the service was a bit slow, or one would expect a more attentive service given the prices. The drinks were very good and the price/performance ratio of the food and beverages was okay. If you go to night swimming in the evening, you should be prepared for party guests and not expect a quiet evening, which was fine for us.

This place is an amazing experience. The sunset session was outstanding from the atmosphere to the views. We will defiantly be returning on our return to Dubai.

I want to give 5 stars for the views and the ambiance but I have given only 3 as I had two very annoying instances.
I went with my husband and 13 year old daughter on the 4th of august. While we were enjoying our food the lady attended there started removing the tray. I told her I’m still eating but idk why she was in such a rush to finish her work that she didn’t pay any attention and I literally had to stuff the food in my mouth.
At the end when we were putting our wet clothes I realised that we were given only 2 bags so I asked her we are missing one more bag and she said actually we are giving only 2 bags. Excuse me I want to know the logic of giving two bags for three people while other people are getting one bag each.
I have no idea what was wrong with her but when paid a good amount to enjoy and relax these small things just take away all the good time that you have spent there.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever booked. There was a sandstorm on that day and I called them in advance to reschedule my experience because obviously no one would want to be outdoors breathing sand. However, they wouldn’t be understanding or flexible not even to reschedule my booking. Wow! I’m shocked they were even open during the sandstorm.

We had an incredible day at Aura. We booked a VIP bed with the view of the city. It also had a view of the Dubai Eye and the Burj Al Arab. The views and the pool are the best I’ve ever been to.

The food was very good and the drinks awesome! The service was also great. Edu from the team and the managers were nice and helpful!

We realized that my friend’s dress was lost when we were heading out. Not sure what happened, but the entire team at Aura helped us find it. It took them 30 minutes to sort it out and they never gave up. I truly appreciated it because things happen but it’s how you react that turns a tricky experience into a positively memorable one.

The entire staff was amazing with the exception of a gentleman called Jack. Made us feel slightly bad, but we got over it quite quickly and didn’t ruin the whole experience.

A few tips: (1) It gets windy and a little bit chilly (late November) in the afternoon so bring something to warm up, (2) the best view is the city view because you see a lot and get sun in the morning, (3) sunset is in the Dubai Eye side but it’s extra windy, (4) If you don’t book the whole day which I recommend, but the afternoon Dubai Eye side, (5) Def try the food, loved it all including the Yakitori, Honey Cauliflower, and the rice! (6) You can swim all around Aura, so even if you book on a cheaper side, you can always swim your way to any section

Been trying to make a reservation for several days. Online booking doesn’t work. I sent an email and got a confirmation. I had far more success going that route. I did travel to Dubai and paid for the morning experience and the views are breathtaking. The experience is worth it. They just meed to fix the online payment option.

I've had such an unplesant experience with Aura. I made a confusion with the dates of my reservation which has been paid in advance. I tried to reach out to their support team, but they are not answering the phone or to my emails.

I fianally managed to get in touch with their manager which told me he'll give me an update about the situation. It's been almost a week and I haven't heard back.

I'm definitely disappointed of the level of service. I did not even ask for a refund, I simply wanted to get the service that I already paid for. They offer a 5* view, but a 1* customer service. It's not the only pool in the sky in Dubai.

I have visited the pool from Address Beach and the view is spectacular (also it's much higher than Aura, on the 77th floor), but their services were definitely perfect and as expected. So be aware, you will pay in advance and if smth happens they won't help at all.

A 360 degree infinity pool on the 50th floor on the palm offering the best views in Dubai. Aura sky pool has to make the top ten list of places to visit if you are coming to Dubai.

I’m trying since a few days to call them to make a reservation and no one is picking up the phone.
Online booking doesn’t work.
Also the hotel I’m staying in Dubai was trying 2-3 days to reach them but couldn’t.
I mean, seriously!?
Now I don’t want to visit this place anymore.

I've been trying to book reservations for over a week now and their online booking system isn't working! I've also emailed and called with no response. The days I will be visiting on vacation are almost sold out and I am heart broken. Please fix your booking system and take the time to provide customer service!

Amazing atmosphere but very poor booking and customer relations service! We had booked for the VIP experience and once we went there we were not given the VIP area as they had changed the area classification. When we tried to discuss and clarify this with the team, we were only told that it was our “bad luck”. I hope they improve their booking system and customer handling and be successful…

Aura Skypool Club is the most stunning place I have been to in Dubai! This is a MUST see & do. You will see Dubai as you never have before. The whole experience was so special, from the views, to the venue, to the service - special shout out to Suleiman! He is such an incredible server and made our experience incredible. The food is also absolutely delicious. Can't wait to go back.

I wanted to visit the skypool and emailed them on 11/25/2021 to ask about purchasing tickets. I received an email asking me to provide information so they can send me the payment link. I provided all the necessary information and never got a response back. Mind you I'm visiting from New York City for a short time leaving 11/28/2021 so 11/26/21 would have been perfect since we had free time. I called 11/26 and the person that answered stated she would find out about my email inquiry and get back to me. Here it is today 11/27/21 and I'm still waiting for the email link and the call back from the person who said they would. This is very unprofessional. Because of the lack of follow up and follow through I had to give 1 star since 0 wasn't an option. Shame on you AURA SKYPOOL! Hopefully this is not how you treat everyone

Super cold? Almost impossible to lay. Morning experience is not worth it at all. You will just freeze. You can swim few rounds it will help but after you be same cold in a pool as out. There is no sun at beds at all only from few other sides and also it a bit and only first row. It’s fun to see but I don’t know if it worse to be sick after

Your experience and service will be based on your social media presence, as opposed to how much you pay! View is amazing.

Most beautiful view in the world but service a bit to be improved before 7 pm.and after rules aren't clear, music is to be improved too it's not nice enough to be that loud no dance floor man turn volume a bit down

OK you won’t see but I’ve updated my rating to 5 and deleted my previous review. We managed to book still not great or easy.however the views are exceptional, the staff attentive and helpful. Really well thought out, we went for the morning slot and chose the Burj view which this time of year is in the shade. If you want the Sun pick the Marina side.
The food was very good and reasonably priced.
Lovely experience will go again. As I said originally the booking experience is the only let down.

I have not been blown away for a long time in Dubai. I have been living in Dubai for 6 years but this place is truly next level. Thank you James Burton for the invite and Sulaiman for the great service. I will be back
