I listen to music and Quran from morning till night. I’m a sound obsessed person. I adjust sound controls in friend’s cars and Ubers. Afte going through all top brands, I needed the best sound quality. After some research and digging around, I came across Devialet. Yes these were the speakers I needed. The limited edition white and gold Phantom Opera. The internet led me to Auratech. Had a call with them and they were super informative and very easy to deal with. Installation and service as you’d expect when buying the Rolls Royce of speakers. In fact they surpassed my expectations and I expect a lot. Hear this. The speaker was so good and the service so seamless, I bought a second one just so I could use the configure stereo function on the app. And now, I don’t think the human ear could possibly manage more perfect sound. Don’t waste time anywhere else if sound is important to you. And Auratech, thank you for being so super smooth in your service and delivery.

What a horrible experience!
I reported my Focal Sopra 3 speakers developing a deffect about 14 months ago and they are covered by manufacturer warranty. The conclusion, by Auratch and Focal, after submitting all the required info was that they will replace my speakers.
14 months have passed since then and I keep being dragged around with no result.
Now the brand got switched to another Dubai company and Auratech is dragging submitting the case to them and, even though Auratech said that my speakers will be replaced by the end of January 2023, that's clearly not happening.
Abismal service from Auratech and a really bad mark on Focal for their commitment to honoring warranty.

I bought my first Naim equipment from Auratech and it has been a pleasure. Kaanchi from the Auratech team was helpful and went the extra mile to meet my timelines. Their staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely give their house of brands consideration based on my experience.

Follow- Up 6 Months Later:

I sadly had an issue with my Naim Unit and while logging a support case with Naim also contacted Auratech. After taking the unit in, I had a surprise call from them where they went the extra mile to give me a brand new replacement from their stock while dealing with Naim in the back end. Fantastic customer service from Kaanchi and the team.

I have purchase here a Formation Wedge W&B and the service, since the product explanation until the delivery at home was very professional and provided by friendly staff. Last week i had an issue, think with my home network provider and though the system was broken. They assisted me on Sundays, Lunch time and sent a dedicated technician at home to fix it. Very recommended.

Small things matter! They listened to me carefully, cleared all my doubts patiently, and got me the speakers I wanted. It was a 2 week waiting period which is fair considering I wanted a specific color. Price was better than competitors and customer handling was probably one of the best I have ever had in Dubai. I was looking the sound system, I had approached Auratech, Mr. Chandan and Ms. Kaanchi, I don't have any knowledge of the sound system. When approached they asked my budget and room size, accordingly they can suggest the system. I had asked for higher range speaker, they asked, why you need higher range, you have to conseder your room size accordingly you have to select. Thanks Auratech LLC. I am located in Pakistan. From here, I am taking the services to buy a new Yamaha Home Theatre YHT1840. The Sales representative give me a good response on calls and emails. After all I am decided to buy the same unit and deal is done in a good way.

Before coming to this office, I called last week and the lady who answered me clearly told they will do Polk Audio Service but when I went in person I was told they don't have Polk Audio Service. I was disappointed by the wrong information given over phone. I could have saved my efforts.

I was on the lookout to purchase a Yamaha RX-V6A and found that Auratech was the only shop that had it in stock. The price was very competitive and Kaanchi was very helpful when I called about the item. I was also pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to deliver it as I got the item the same day I ordered it, which is amazing. I would definitely buy from them again.

Highly recommended, I got my first set of high end speakers with Auratech. The color I like was out of stock but they did a way to have it delivered to me to less my waiting time. Outstanding customer service!

There is such a very personal feel that Auratech gives its customers. Rightfully so, because listening to music is personal. I hope they can place their shop in a more strategic location as their shop has a wide range of great products for someone with a distinct ear for really good music.

My Bluesound Powernode 'bricked' and I wasn't getting the support I needed from them out of Canada, so I decided to ditch it and look for other options to pair with the Bluesound Duo 2.1 speakers which are excellent.

I spent a long time online doing research, and one of the companies I emailed was Auratech.

I was literally gobsmacked when they CALLED me back with 30 minutes of my email! Chandan answered all my questions and offered a few recommendations. Later I had some technical questions and they were answered the same day. Retailers in this part of the world don't have the best reputation for service, but Auratech provided top-notch responsiveness and advice.

I bought the Parasound 200 Integrated, which is an excellent unit, drives the Bluesound Duo beautifully and has a superb range of analogue and digital input options. I've had it a few weeks now and am very happy indeed.

AuraTech did a great job installing the projector and the speakers as well as the access points for the WiFi. Very satisfied with their work. Quality service for the price. Will definitely source more work with them.

I bought an Anthem AVM60 Processor and B&W Speakers (HTM71 S2 & a pair of 706 S2) from Aurotech. This was the first time I delt with them and my experience has been very positive. They are both knowledgeable and professional. My special thanks to Mr. Chandan for going out of his way to deliver my order on a public holiday at my hotel. I dont live in UAE and had come down for a short trip. Our discussion started prior to the visit and he even called me a overseas a few times to offer me options. I have ran into Aurotech while I was looking to some fixes to my current home theater set up, and as a Marantz owner, I was directed to Auratech. I found the owners and technical team extremely capable and professional, while they have found problems with my set up that were fixed with no investments and made tons of difference to my experience.

Later I have decided to replace my amplifier set up to find once again the good price in Auratech, and the product was delivered in transparency, at the time promised. While I ran into trouble with the brand new machine, out of its box, Auratech replaced it with a new one in 24 hours, after sending the technical team to assess the situation, finding the first machine faulty, and deciding it would need a change.

I like my music, and electronics, and finding a trustworthy and capable company that can deliver for me is priceless. I recommend their services with five stars and more.

I had two sound system (Denon) devices that I needed to fix, and I looked for a place that would be able to help me, the first one that I stumbled on was Auratech and to say I was very happy would be an understatement. This tucked away shop near Mall of the Emirates is a a treat for audiophiles. I bought my pair of Monitor Audio speakers recently and they let me A/B audition a few pairs for a good portion of the morning, with a technician standby to help. The lovely couple that runs the store were very accommodating and well-informed.
