They ensure that office is well managed and always clean; and the communication about facilities - either cleaning, or maintenance or even introduction of office neighbours are always so prompt. Been renting an office space under Austria Business Center for more than 2 years already and I could say I feel comfortable and really pleasant being in the 16th floor. Very clean environment (thanks to Hilal), friendly people, great ambiance, and suitable for working. 16th floor has the most accommodating and friendliest customer service representative I've ever encounter. Esca and Diana is always extending their assistance to us (as Client). They are very professional in their job as well as I could also speak with them as friends. Sometimes all you need is a positive vibe after a hectic schedule and long list of work, Esca and Diana from the reception could light up your mood with their energy and positivity. I Couldn't ask for more.

Our office and toilets are always clean and the pantry facilities are complete. Access to the offices are secure. Parking may be a problem at times, but only because of the popularity of this cluster.
