I am so much impressed by the service and staff specially Miss. SARAH AHMED. She is very professional, polite and helpful. Today I have visited there for vehicle ownership transfer. I am so glad to see the services which are up to the mark.

Yesterday I registered my car through Ms. Wafaa Bastaki, she treated it us with a very high level of professionalism, and she assisted us a lot and made our experience very smooth and fast.

It was a great experience the staff is really helpful and professional, and special gratitude to daisy jean in the front desk for her cheerful and professional communication

Irresponsible staff.
The inspection staff forgot to update the inspection report and because of their negligence I had to do vehicle inspection once again and pay inspection fee plus penalty

التعامل جدا سيء من قبل المسؤول مالك حيث انه لا يفهم في الفحص ولا يتفهم ما اقوله واخبرني بان اتواصل مع 8009090 واخبروني بان اقدم على طلب التظلم وتوجهت الى المسؤول وقال لي ثانيا انا لا توجد لي صلاحيات حتى ولو قدمت على التظلم واتمنى النظر في الموضوع...

Great service and best customer experience. Alpha Worldwide was with me through the process of getting my car imported and helping me with the explanations about registrations and so on. I recommend them 100%

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE THEM They claim to carry out a bunch of checks and tests but dont do even half of what they advertise in their package, and the reports are inaccurate and very generalized. ZERO customer service and dishonest...

After getting their quotation I did the payment for my vehicle Insurance. 3 hours later and after many calls I got a refund. So they offer insurance services but not sure they will provide it.

If you have brand new car, it will fail and not pass in this place, the worst stuff ever.

My experience with Ahmad was great! I shipped a vehicle from the US to Dubai and everything went smooth. Highly recommend.
