Bad attitude with arrogance

Simple clean place. Quick service, delicious fresh food. Fair price for location. One of my meeting places in the area.

I expected the food would taste amazing as it’s in a good location.the food was barley even edible. I am super disappointed, the food (Mix grill) was super dry and difficult to even chew. It was a shame ordering for my family from here and not enjoying anything except for the garlic cream and salad

Pathetic service. Deliveries are generally late by 1.5 - 2 hrs. If you order your food for lunch they will deliver it during dinner. Even if your order through Zomato they use their own drivers and will not decline the order even if they have no drivers available.

When we went after so many days with family, food was so delicious and our tastebuds so loved the flavour that we still can't get over it, specialised in Lebanese cuisine. Their hummus, muttabal, pita bread, zaatar labneh, falafel, were fresh and so delicious. I highly recommend this one. Wonderful chicken kababs And some family are pure vegetarian, so they really loved it

AVOID we waited for 2 hours and 30 minutes for food which was due to arrive within 60 minutes. When it finally arrived, the food was cold and the driver unapologetic. The restaurant will stop answering your calls if they are late. Terrible service and cold food.

I had the Family mix grill which came with 1kg of mix grill and 1kg full grilled chicken, Hummus, Fattoush Salad, French Fries and a very large bowl of garlic sauce and it also included 1ltr cold drink. The meal was delicious and the service was amazing. Looking forward to be back here.

The worst delivery service I ever seen in Dubai! Delivering old spoiled food and not answering the call after! Disaster! I hope you won't poisen someone one day! Shame on you

They have good cooking skills there food always get a late to brings but its a have a good class

Delivery was so late and food was cold. When food arrives expected it to be in a proper packaging but they really need to improved their services.

Tried their Falafal rolls, Automatic rolls, Labneh Garlic - All items were delicious and well packaged.

Delivery was fast via Zomato.

Phone attendant told us that the last order is at 11: 30 and restaurant closes at 12.
When I arrived at restaurant at 11: 15, the staff didn’t want to serve food as dine in and offered only take away. Phone customer service and actual staff are not aligned with the info. Wasted my drive time.

One of my favourite oldest lebanese restaurant. Been eating there since my school days. 25 years!
Good for Seafood grill, Shish tawook and arabic salads.
It wasnt very crowded and tables are kept at quite a distance.
All rules in place!

The Jumeirah Automatic restaurant has stood the test of time. Over 20 years of service with great food and reasonable rates.

The ambience of restaurant is neat and clean. Great place for family.

Good food as in any automatic franchises. Cause of COVID not a single other guest at restaurant at lunch time and may be partially because of Eid holidays. But service was good and prompt.

One of the best restaurants in town when it comes to Lebanese food. Good portion value for money and friendly service. Parking is not a problem here. Good place to take your friends and small groups.

The best lamb chops I've ever eaten in my life. I don't eat lamb in US, but I will eat it at Automatic Cafe. All the food was great. If you're going to Dubai and don't want to spend a fortune at some upitty restaurant, check this place out. You won't regret it.

Went after a long time. Ample parking. No waiting. Nice food especially the halloumi and spicy potatoes. The humous could have been better.

First time for me eating Libanese food, got the Shawarma Fiesta, absolutely delicious! We couldn't finish the whole meal as 2 big, tall German guys, so value-for-cost is excellent aswell.

Ambience is very low key! Needs improvement but the food is Yum! Yum! Shawerma, falafel, houmus, Are amount the best to try!

Excellent food ample parking and waiters looking in your eyes every minute to see if you need anything and very reasonable prices

Mixed grill is very good and tasty. Hammus was fresh and good.

Salad was also fresh. Seating is very nice. Can see Jumeirah road from the glass.

Good food and value for money. Their food quality have improved a lot since the last time I was there, probably 7 years back. That was a horrible experience, now they are much better. Hope they maintain the quality.

This is a fantastic Lebanese restaurant. The experience was phenomenal start to finish. Started with a chicken soup. The soup was a decent size with fresh chicken chunks.

Ordered a half boneless grilled chicken as main course and it was absolutely amazing. The chicken was tender and cooked to perfection. A lean piece of meat cooked right.

The servers were courteous, friendly and compotent. They were quick to respond to requests and made it seem effortless. This put the experience over the edge. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal at a reasonable price
