Automatic Restaurant

The whole meat inside my shawarma was burned! If you don’t have meat to fulfill the order then communicate it! Instead of delivering such bad product! Would put 0 stars if I could!

Wanted to try Lebanese Shawarma while we were walking inside the mall. Our eyes shifted towards this outlet. Ordered a mix of chicken and meat shawarma which came as a combo with fries and drink. Ordered Falafel plate.the food was ok. Loved the falafel.

Just avoid, worst food, worst services ever, read other's reviews to understand what I'm talking about!

The most rude person ever at a restaurant counter. Showing rude expressions… In so much hurry and wants to you to order in 2 seconds because he is the only perfect person in the world. Will never visit the rude service again.

I ordered large shawarma and kiwi juice. Large shawarma only large slice chicken inside and we can't eat full. Kiwi juice too thick and they don't have big straw. They spoiled dinner.

Our go-to-kebab meal, freshly made, affordable yet tasty.complete with garlic dip, humus, bread, pickles, an option of potato or french fries i love their vine leaves too!

They chrages 66 AED for food which is worth less than 40 AED + Sharwma was below average + Kebab was cold so no taste at all.

The most worst shawarma done for both the chicken and the meat the sandwich when heated should not contain garlic paste or tahina sauce it will be come oil as its harmful for the stomach and when ever you order you give some instructions the staff doesn't take it seriously and they do what they want no respect for the customers they keep you waiting in the end you find your order is not what you want I don't recommend this restaurant for any thing please be aware the heated garlic paste in dangerous for health as many don't know

It is a shame. They had the best shawarma in Dubai. Now it is a dry sandwich with a chewy meat.

What a WASTE OF MONEY. I had to wait for 3 hours for the shawarma to reach my house and it was just a 5 minute drive. They were trying to make me fatter than a SUMO WRESLTER with the ton of oil they added. My 2 year old was crying, 'who did this to me, mama'. Overall it was like the Rock vomited everything he ate onto a plate.

Here, nobody wears a Mask neither to prepare nor to serve. This musn't be accepted nowadays! All other places in the food court respct the health security.and the Law! So go anywhere else but not here.

Food was rubber like and annoyingly the mix grill meat is with the chicken in the same pot and they both tasted the same. The salad given felt unfresh with a funny taste. Will definitely never eat at automatic ever again!

Their price not fixed. Every time give you different price. Not recommended.when you blaming them Inform you it was an offer and finish. The price related to quality is too much.

Place a delivery order via Zomato (shish tawook platter), I would leave zero star if I could. The food is mediocre for the price and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic. You should not call yourself a LEBANESE restaurant (the hummus side dish is unpleasant to the taste & nasty not edible as I could taste the Tahina ONLY)

Restaurant staff is not good every time shouting with rider even order is ready but they just shouting

Terrible delivery service. Average food. After so many years I'm done giving them chances. They haven't improved their service over the years, it's actually gone worse.

Nice restaurant, nice people, great shawarma, very good hummus and really good barbecue. The prices are fairly low but you can get them ever lowered if you get coupons.
