Personally, it is Very bad experience to get my Nissan Sentra 2020 from the show room at NXT, the car not maintained well and they wasted my time again for repaire " one week again they taking the car for approvals to repair thier un accurately technical report they did, yet till writing this review timing the car has more problems which need to be solved.really irritating and upsetting me to the maximum

Brought my car in for accident repair and the case was assiged to Mr. Arul Francis, I must say one of the most friendly and coprative person I have met, he personally looked into everything and was even available after working hours, never ignored my call once and went over and above to get the job done and I must say he and his team have done a fabulous job the end result was better than giving the car to the agency. Highly recommend Mr. Arul Francis and Auto Trust for any kind of repairs and service.

Unprofessional and doesn’t worth the trust place! Wanted to make sure that it’s certified garage that you can rely on but it didn’t happen though raised a complaint but didn’t get any response back!
Next time will better go third party garage and will make my car done there!

Poor customer handling by Auto Trust. I gave my car for major service here and ever since they would not answer my calls and wont give any update on the status of my car. Not recommended at all.

Autotrust to me has been my best car buy experience. I knew I wanted to buy a car but I wasn't sure which one i needed, which is when Balagi and Ashiq patiently gave me exactly what I needed. The experience was gr8 only because of their personal touch to the purchase trough every step of the way and I wasn't an easy customer. They served me with the interior, colour, trim, engine type I asked for within 3 days. I know exactly where I am going to buy my next car.

The delivery of the vehicle was a gr8 surprise to me as well. When they covered the car with a red cloth and unveiled my car!
