Moneeb came to clean out AC vents and he was incredibly professional and did a wonderful job! We have been sick due to the mold in our vents, and he made it feel like we are breathing fresh air in our apartment for the first time! Would highly recommend his service! He even covered all of the furniture while they cleaned and gave us a report of the condition of the vents before and after. Excellent service and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the result!

Samar and his team were very prompt with the timing and did a fantastic job with the duct cleaning. I even got the before and after pics which really helped me see the dirt and once th job is done the ducts were sparkling. Well done Samar!

Some neighbours had positive experience with this company so we wanted to give a try and booked for 3 jobs, AC deep cleaning, AC vent cleaning and water tank cleaning. I was told that the team would be at 8.30 am. Since I have not moved in yet, I travelled to the new house in order to open the door. But they came 2 hours later without much explanation. I wished that I would have been notified at least. I was initially told that the team would need 2 days to finish everything and that was fine with me. So the team came at 10.30 am and I was told that they would finish at 5pm. At 3.30pm I received a call that they were done and when I went to the new house, they were wrapping up. I was surprised that they were done so quick (despite being 2 hours late).

One of some issues after the job was that they applied silicon around the vent to seal but they have applied too much and it looked awful (it did not look like that before the job). I gave a few hours to dry to see whether it would look better but since it was a glossy silicon instead of matte, its glue-like texture was very visible. As I shared my concern, I was told that the team would return and would rectify. They arrived on time and was very grumpy telling me that this is how they finish every house and we need to get someone else to repaint the wall. There is nothing more they can do. Afterward, they offered to redo the sealing in front of me but one guy was simply applying more and more silicon over it. They took 3 vents off and re-did it but it wasn't any better. So we decided to leave it there and find someone else to rectify.

They might have done the job (cleaning part) well but the beginning (arriving 2 hours late) and the finishing were poor. I do not know whether that is how they work everywhere but one guy was even throwing tantrum (throwing his towel and tools). I got a horrible look as I asked to put the mask (I am in the process of moving and there are many people coming and going everyday and it is for everyone's interest that people keep their masks indoors).

I think they should have a new training on how to apply silicon because I felt I could do better myself.

I am not sure whether I would recommend this company especially now I need to pay more to rectify their finishing.

Non professional. Last week they done my Ac Duct cleaning after that my Ac start leaking. When I called team whole day no one pick phone. When I called from other phone then they picked phone after that he started arguing. …. Please don’t used this service …… don’t waste your money with them

Unable to reach anyone by phone, really wonder how they do the business while not answering or calling back, there is no land line number just a mobile number which adds on the worries.

I highly recommend AwalExperts. They did a deep cleaning of 9 A/C units for us yesterday and did an amazing job. The booking of the appointment was professional and clear in communication, we received a detailed quote with all services listed which were included in the deep cleaning. Qasim and his team showed up on time, were wearing protective gear and masks at all times. They covered all the furnitures before starting the cleaning and left each room as they found it, clean and damage free. They have sent me before/after pictures throughout the cleaning process and it is quite shocking what an A/C looks like when it isn't maintained regularly. Awal experts are great for ac cleaning - ideal if you have allergies, etc. I’ve recently used them to do an ac duct cleaning for a 1 bedroom apartment with 1 ac unit. The team came on time and were so informative. They showed us before and after photos, explained what they were going to clean and washed each and every vent on the ceiling. I really liked that they cleaned up after themselves. I was super impressed with the service especially as the price is so affordable compared to a few other companies who charge double for the same service. I will definitely use them again and recommend anyone who wants to book an ac cleaning to go ahead and book Awal experts.

Zahid, Qasim, Ali and Shan visited our home. They did a very thorough job of cleaning our a/c ducts and vents. They even made sure everything was in good working order even changing a compressor for us. They did our pest control, ensuring to spray properly and placing the gel afterward.
