I HAVE CANCELLED SOME ITEMS FROM AWOK IN MONTH OF MAY 2ND. BUT UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE PAID THROUGH CARD. BUT TILL NOW THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED AND NOT REPLYING FOR MY EMAILS. SO DISGUSTING. FRIENDS I WILL REQUEST NOT DO ANY ONLINE PAYMENTS AS YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK THAT SPECIALLY FROM AWOK. EVEN THOUGH I AM REGULAR CUSTOMER, THEY ARE SHOWING ME THIS ATTITUDE. FULL FAKE.

I have ordered on 14 March around 8 items. I have received 3 items and remaining in pending & one cancelled by their side.
I am still waiting for my money to be refund.
Can we all launch a complain against Awok.com

I'm not surprised Awok has been shutdown. Their gimmick was fine at first until people realized how crazy low quality product they buy. Low prize is good but trust is another thing. I don't know how Awok got this far.

I have placed an order & cancelled it and I wait 2 months for refund!
I have tried calling the customer care number 04 360 4242, several times & annoyingly I wait for the call to be answered for 4 minutes & calls get dropped & no one ever answer the phone. Same for emails, no one is responding promptly! Their service is abosultely pathetic I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from here.

Good to see these frauds leave the E-Commerce business. On there website they said because of COVID-19 pandemic their business went down infect during Pandemic E-Commerce is booming like never before. Because of their fraudulent activities they failed.

This is a fraud company, they do not respond to to any query. I bought a iPad mini which is defective when i got it. They did not replace it, also not responding to email, whatsapp and chat. Be careful dealing with such fraud companies. I already filed a complaint with consumer rights.

This company doesnt deserve even 1 star but i dont have an option. I purchased a foundation and return it back last feb2020 and up to now i didnt get my refund. Ive been trying to call their customer service but cant get through. This company and their service really sucks.

30th April i ordered 74dhs items they didnt delivered also they canceled order without my prior intimation. No response on calls, whatsapp, sms also did not refund my money. Pathetic site i ever came across also stealers of money.

Products price is very good on this site but quality is below average. Hope they find a good mix of both.

I ordered product on 12th may 2020, i ordered still i am not get any responce. 2 months over still no responce.there is no ordered cancel option also, in the Awok website. Irresponsible customer support service yours. I know there is pandemic issue, but this is not pandemic issue.this absolutely negligence.i am trying on phone, website and Mail but no responce. Please check my ordered date and Item.please refund the amount.

I had bay many things before cov19 start and i returned one of those items so they told me i will receive my money back within two weeks i have got anything till now, more than 3 months i have sent many emails no one care about it, so disappointed and i won't recomended for any one

My ordere number 752-109-35A-1. I have made order on 29.5.2020. Until now the shipment now delivered. No customer response or call back from Awok. Unable tobtrack the shipment also. Worst service Awok.com.
