Bad experience with a test drive and car booking. Lead reference number: 745445 was made for the test drive booking and made multiple calls to their call center to know the status.
No provision was provided to book the car in advance as well. Finally got a call the next day that the car is reserved by someone else and they are marketing to sell another car.

I went to AWR Certified Pre-owned Cars Auto Market for the purchase of my vehicle. I worked with Belal Aljbour and had a great experience. Unprofessional staff, don’t understand the value of others time and very arrogant.wish i dint spend my time all the way driving from other side of Dubai.

Visited this branch around 8.30 since the opening time on the website was 8am. They told me to wait until 9 since opening time wasn’t updated on website. At 9 not even a single sales individual was present at the showroom. Staff should be professional enough to start on time since it’s customer facing business.

Great people, great job, specially Ahmed Nasser, he’s a good guy, always doing the best to give the customers good cars and good prices.

I VISITED SHOWROOM FOR CAR I M GET GOOD SERVICE FROM MR HAMMAM AND GET ALL INFORMATION AND QUERY PROPERLY FROM MT HAMMAM.

Staff is very supportive thorught the purchase. In my case Mr. Humam helped me prepare all the documents and paid export fees from his pocket (later to be reimbursed of course). Excellent service and product.thank you

تجربتي معاهم جدا سيئة اشتريت من عندهم سيارة ووعدودني بالصيانة والضمان يوم استلمت السيارة كله الوعود راحت للاسف وقالوا ما عندك اي شي يثبت ان الموظف وعدك بالضمان والصيانة فانتبهوا يا اخوان قبل ما تشترون خل ورقة وقلم قدامكم وخل يوقع على الكلام اللي يقوله وبعد ما اشتكيت محد سوالي شي كاني اشتريت السيارة من معرض عادي مب كانه وكالة معروفة للاسف

We just got our new car from this showroom. Very happy. The team was friendly and very helpful. Did a ceremonial reveal of the car at the pick up time as well! Nice touch! Great service from Arun and his manager Kranthi.

Bought a car from them at a premium from market assuming quality bcar. The car I got was full option at priced higher then market. However I faced several issues in it like tyre rims had sticky material at siem causing pressure down, AC was faulty with reduced cooling, doors not fixed properly causing road noise. When I went for first service then they charged for these issues and did not even cover in warranty!

No one bothers to entertain us during our visit to showroom today. Such a shame for big brand. Never go to there showroom
