Very bad experienced They're not helpful and even not approachable they don't know what to do they don't know the court process. Waste of time and money. At the end they will just tell you we can't do anything about it. They're government services but seem that they don't want to served their client with passion and sympathy.

No special line for senior citizen and pregnant women, the guard is so rude, receptionist does not listen to concerns, most of the time system is offline so you have to come back after a few hours or the following day, most of the people who assisted me does not know what to do. Always end up asking other person what they can advise me. They will let you wait for your turn for 30 mins to an hour only to tell you to come back next week because there's no update yet on your case. You will waste a lot of your time, energy and money. Avoid this center at all cost.

The main concern was that we visited the centre; the receptionist was not ready to take our concern. They gave another consultant number to resolve the issues for what?

Then again we tried to get the receptionist within 10 mins; now the security denied entry he told the token time up. He didn't tell us previously about the token system.

Very bad experience, I had applied for a petition with Dubai Courts through AWS to issue a birth certificate of my new born, its been 35 days still I haven't received. I have visited more than 10 times- No proper response as why it is getting delayed.

I file case here I keep coming ask update about my case but unfortunately after so long to wait the judgment come so shock on me that upter fighting for my rights I have to pay my company du to ereponseble staff doesn't even know how to explain what to do I'm just a worker here I cannot get lawyer to depend myself when I ask regarding my case nobody letting me know that my company putting fake papers against me and now I have to pay my company because instead of getting my rights

Employees don’t know what they are doing
Kept me waiting and then lady came counter 4 directed me to counter 1 Indian guy speaking and texting someone on the phone having his AirPods on doing PRO services then I came to the operation manger they said I’m new here he is left no body in charge in the place young guys chatting with each other

My experience with Adeed Quasits was very disappointing. Each time they give different status and guidance. Hence had to visited multiple times and is very difficult to get connected through phone and Whatapp. Always give old updates and when give details to them, then they will check for new update. Dont know how to escalate and where to. They close or stop issue token one hour before. Multiple times we reach there by 6 and 6.30 pm, they tell counter closed. Come another day. If this is the case, they should show customer time as 6 pm.

DO NOT COME HERE. Very bad staff very rude dont know what theyre doing half the time always call their supervisor for a small button. Worst system as it is always down so theyre just getting paid to sit and do nothing. The women inside dont pick up the calls i called them from the center and saw them talking to each other and none of them picked the phone. All of this deliberately. Taking personal calls on duty. Manager is doing nothing as they have the worst staff no work being done getting paid for absoultely nothing. PATHETIC.

Very bad customer service, I hired two house maids live in for 3 months contract.the first one was doing nothing but only taking tiktok videos on my house and in every single place in the house and at the end she was shouting on me with a very bad attitude.
The other one was good on the beginning then suddenly she turned totally and told me i want to go back to my office and I don’t want w baby like your son.what is this unprofessional office who is sending us house maids want to have fun and going back when they need regardless our work conditions.
At the end i have refund of 10 days and they are ignoring me.

This happened not only with me but also with my friend, she has refund of 3000 AED and they ignoring her.

خدمة عملاء سيئة للغاية ، لقد استأجرت خادمتين منزليتين تعيشان في عقد لمدة 3 أشهر. الأولى لم تفعل شيئًا سوى تسجيل مقاطع فيديو تيك توك على منزلي وفي كل مكان في المنزل وفي النهاية كانت تصرخ في وجهي موقف سيء للغاية.
الآخر كان جيدًا في البداية ثم فجأة استدارت تمامًا وأخبرتني أنني أريد أن أعود إلى مكتبي ولا أريد طفل مثل ابنك. ما هو هذا المكتب غير المهني الذي يرسل لنا خادمات المنزل تريد ذلك إنهم يستمتعون ويعودون عندما يحتاجون إليها بغض النظر عن ظروف العمل لدينا.
في النهاية ،ليا الحق فى استرداد مالى 10 أيام وهم يتجاهلونني.

لم يحدث هذا معي فقط ولكن أيضًا مع صديقتي ، فقد استردت 3000 درهم إماراتي وهم يتجاهلونها.

تجربه جدا مفيده لي والموظف الخلوق عبدالله جمال كان جدا متعاون ومتفهم وساعدنا في اتمام وترتيب مستندات القضيه بكل رحابه صدر فعلا يستحق الشكر والتقدير على تفانيه بعمله.

النظام السيستم كل ما أجي بلاقيه مغلق والموظفين الرسيبشن قليلين الخبرة
وانا راح اقول لكم ماذا حدث
انا ذهبت الى العضيد لأستلم شهادة لامانع من المحكمة وتريد ثواني فقط عمل وقالولي اني أصف على الدور والدور كان طويل وذهبت لـ ساعة 2 مساءا اعطوني ورقة امامي 35 شخص وبثواني فقط بالصدفة التقيت مع المشرفة وبتقولي اذهب الى العضيد باللون الأحمر وذهبت اليه ومشيت اموري و الحمدالله والشغلة طلعت يا اون لاين أو ثواني عمل
منيح ما رديت على الرسيبشن وخرجت واتيت لهم بعد 4 ساعات
يعني الواحد مش فاضي أشغال علشان يضله رايح وجاي. حطوا أشخاص عندهم خبرة شوي لأنه هذا الحكي مابصير
على كل حال انا مشيت اموري والامور بخير وتحياتي لكم

System is down every second day! No reply to emails! You need to go there for an update they don t reply to emails!
Service is not what I m used to get from governmental services! They should really rethink their way of working!

They work five days a week and all five days system is down. I have to come here so many times to get an update. Pathetic service and rude staff. I don’t know what’s happening with my case. We pay money to send requests every visit and then after a week they say sorry I did a mistake so I have to pay money again and again wait for 1 week. Why should I pay for someone’s mistake. Please look into this because it’s been 7 months there’s no proper ending to the case yet. Please help.

I have to come multiple times because counter no. 15 employee is not doing his job properly since he is always distracted helping other walk in customers who are his friends.

His supervisor same nationality supports him hence all this hassle for customers. I request Dubai Government to check this branch as they are spoiling the name of government institutions.

Staff no respecting, and not responding properly. Time Waste visiting here. When I visit they given very bad impression, not only for me, who have waiting there everyone said same, after I visit oud mehta, its really good and I appropriate them.

اسوء مكتب في دبي. إدارة خاطئة لو في درجة سالب مليون يستحقها بجدارة. لا وجود لأي نوع من انواع المتابعة. ورقم الهاتف الارضي الموجود اعتقد ان حاطينة بالغلط لان الواحد. يتصل مرة مرتين ما يرفعون بس كل مرة هاي صعبة. لازم يلغون الخط لان انا متأكد ما في حد موجود يرد

Working hours are till 8 pm, but reached by 5.50pm and the reception says it closed for service and refuses to issue tickets.

She says it's because if the crowd. When almost all counters are empty and all employees on their phones.

What are we working people supposed to do? Take an entire day off and loose a days salary just so that we can followup on our case?

Really pathetic and disappointing experience.

No one is answering at the phone, when, after 20 minutes holding the line, someone answers with "halo" and is not able to put you in communication with no one, you simply lose the patience.
How a governative office is not able to handle the daily routine?
Maybe is better to shift all of this tasks online and avoid to have such lazy employees.
