My internet banking wan dis abled giving reason of being a dormant user. If my work can be done on the bank App and through my bank debit card. I may not use internet banking frequently.
I could not submit my ipo applications because of that. And also rushed to the bank with forms.but they did not accept it.
Firstly why would u disable my internet banking service on your own whims without informing the customer.

I had a very bad experience with Axis Bank representative. I wanted to open an NRI account. I had some old Axis bank account because of which I went through harassment. Apart from asking endless documents, the executive was only worried about taking the initial amount. Even though he wasn't sure of anything still he was just asking for money all the time and after paying the money, he couldnt process anything. Keep going Axis bank.
