I recently moved into an apartment delivered by Azco, and I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the unit. When we moved in, we were found that no maintenance had been done to the apartment, and as a result, small leakages had become significant problems over time.

One of the most concerning issues was sewage leaking in the balcony, which created an unpleasant odor and a health hazard. Additionally, the sink pipe exploded and flooded the studio, causing significant damage to our belongings and disrupting our daily routine. The ventilation in the toilet also did not work since we moved, which made the bathroom experience uncomfortable and inconvenient.

Furthermore, the toilet flush kept leaking water, and there was also water leaking from the toilet to the floor around the toilet basin. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of your representative, Mr. Ali, no effective solution was provided. While we had a plumber come to fix the sink, we had to pay for this ourselves, and we were promised reimbursement, but that did not happen.

The leakage in the toilet is still a serious issue, and it creates an unsanitary and unpleasant environment. Additionally, we have noticed that our water bill from Dewa was significantly high for a studio, which we suspect is due to the constant water leakage.

Overall, I cannot recommend this real estate company to anyone who is looking for a quality living experience.

I was dealing with an agent called Usama, who rented me an apartment and with all confidence talking about how it was well maintained and how his agency would be responsible for anything that would show up, and that's why their fees are higher than other agencies.

Upon connecting DEWA, we found water coming from everywhere, and all the plumbing is in a very bad condition
The agent simply stopped answering my calls and disappeared for days, till I made a problem and called the agency and threatened to go to Rera, they connected me to his manager Ayman
Who as well kept giving me fake promises of sending maintenance team and solve the problem asap till he disappeared as well
At the end I managed to reach the owner who was respectful and didn't have an idea about what was happening and the condition of his apartment due to the management of this agency

Save yourself the hassle and stay away from this company

Most disrespectful and unprofessional agency i have ever seen. They post unavailable properties on a daily basis. This is called fraud.

I really would like to share my wonderful experience with Azco specially with agent Alam who really saved my life over a night while I was falling in a narrow time to find an apartment; I called Alam evening time and within few hours he was able to find my need after reaching many landlords and performing many negotiations with them on my behalf to get me the best rate, Alam was able to bring the landlord midnight and closed the deal for me and he stayed with us until midnight preparing all papers.

Very unprofessional approach towards client.
Having paid full 5% deposit for renting the apartment, they are unable to request owner to wait for few days for contract signoff. They insist signoff in 1-2 days when the contract start date is still 3 to 4 weeks away.
