Azhar Al Madina Landscape And Pools

I contracted my villa outdoor/landscaping work to them in good faith & this was most certainly a big mistake! The job completion promised within 45 days has not been fulfilled as on date i.e. Over 5 months & counting. The management is only concerned with collecting payments as per the schedule but have a total disregard for job completion or their performance. Apart from my monies I have also wasted valuable time chasing them for contract adherence and am now contemplating legal action for the various troubles caused to me

Although they tried to fix their mess in my pool but again after 6 months my DEWA bills soared
There was again leakage
Although practically they are responsible for structural leak from pool for ten years but I did not waste my time for them to try again their poor job I called another company and had to pay extra 30000 Dirham to change all tiles and fix the leaks
I don’t recommend them at all

Azhar Al Madina team has been very helpful and professional during the entire process. We used them to install a new pool and do the landscaping in our new villa in Dubai Hills. They helped draft different design plans for our the entire space. They took the time to sit with us and draft various design options. The entire construction process lasted about 3 months from start to finish. We have been very pleased with the quality of service and the final product. Azhar Al Madina did a great job. They were also understanding when we changed our minds during the construction process.

I have been very pleased with azhar al madina landscape company for my garden renovation. Their sales team is highly professional and well technically qualified specially Amuthan. They had clarified all my queries and they provided 3D designs in quick time to understand the design.

I see that Azhar Al Madina Landscape have been responding to reviews, If you look at the responses to the negative feedback they always blame the customer. If you then look at the reviewers that provide positive feedback you wee see that they either only have one review or they live in different countries and unlikely to have had the misfortune of using Al Madina. Unprofessional, unethical, unresponsive team! I had the same experience as another client who posted a recent review, the team are only in touch when they ask for payment. They dont understand customer service. I have numerous issues with the quality of the workmanship. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I didn’t recommend this company for any one. They are non professional, delay work, poor quality. The just keep calling for money. The pool should finish within 50 days and it took almost one year!

The worst that I have dealt with. No communications and plans were given before they satrted work.client's need and ideas were never sought. Never again

Azhar Al madina landscape was very easy to work with. They did my pool on time and the quality is really nice. This was one of the very few subcontractors we used when building our house. We did not have any problems, nor complaints.

With lots of advance time for the planning phase, we had a beautiful pool and hot tub for the beginning of swim season. We also worked with their company to complete the landscape installation. I used Azhar Al Madina to build my pool, The work was on time it looked good for a few months after many problems start showing up.
I turned up that they did not use the right products, and cheap quality Materials to cut costs and increase their profit, Very clear they did not clear about the company's reputation!

When fixing the issues, it was handled in a very poor way that caused more damage

I came to know that they outsourced the work to another company without my approval or even informing me!

Tried to contact them many times with no response!

I worked with the team of Azhar Al Madina Landscape And Pools, and they did a wonderful job at realizing my design requirements. The initial consultation was around August 28th, and they were able to finish the entire project within a month.
The end results are absolutely fantastic. They installed a majestic fire pit with a bench and clean pavers with a gravel border.
I can't stop recommending these guys, they deserve every positive review they've earned.

We did a major update to our pool deck, back patio, sidewalk, and front entry. The team did a fantastic job, the hardest working crew I have ever seen. They are skilled and highly punctual. The higher management was very responsive and has a good eye for design. We have already referred Azhar Al Madina Landscape And Pools to several friends.

We did our complete outdoor landscape and pool by Azhar Al Madina and they did a very good job. I highly recommend them for new designs and delivering a project on time. I also have a maintenance contract with them for my landscape and pool cleaning!

I don’t recommend this landscaping company at all for anyone. Please think carefully before you deal with them. In the contract it’s said: they will finish their project within 62 days. We have completed around 5 months, the pool still had MEP works unfinished! I have paid 2 checks for them so far, each one around 45,000 Dhs! Why delay the work? ! I don’t have answers. I need my money back. And want to look for another landscaping company. Another point I really didn’t like about them: after this review, they keep calling me every couple of days asking to remove the review!

Please be aware of this company! I have contracted Azhar Al Madina to construct an overflow pool for me. I was naive to think that they can finish the job. From leaking problems to contruction faults to not meeting deadlines the list goes on and on. They never kept there end of the contract and they stopped answering my calls after paying them more than 120 k aed. They didn't even get the proper approvals to even construct the pool! Thomas from Azhar Al Madina never ever return my calls and now 4 months in I had to contract another company to fix all the problems. I wouldn't trust this company to do minor landscaping. Please be careful.

I called many companies for my garden and some interlocks job and changing my swimming pool tiles, I cannot believe that they finished the project 2 days before the last day.

Also all the other companies were expensive and tried to tell us that the job is small or medium BUT Azhar Al Madina people can do the project AND DID and i can show this today in the very good way.
